Yes but who are these rumours benefiting? Who's starting the rumours?

Nat6999 · 01/07/2022 03:08

I think the Tories are banking on Keir Starmer & Angela Rayner getting FPN for Beergate so that the Labour Party will be leaderless if an election is called within the next month. They will also be banking on winning back the two seats they lost in the recent By elections. Boris thinks he can win another term in office, in his mind he thinks that everything he has done will be forgotten. Ds is heavily involved with the Green Party, he speaks regularly to Natalie Bennett & her team. Parties are gearing up for an election to be called soon.

Ooh I was rather naughty at work but this was thirty odd years ago and it was a very relaxed place to work. I came out of a colleague’s office (who I fancied like crazy) with rather a glow, my boss walked passed me and just said grinned and said something like ‘oh yes’ (in a ‘I see’ kind of tone). No security risks or anything. Happy days but everything’s so serious and dull nowadays😁

Not entirely the same but I popped out of office spuriously for a external meeting but nipped home for some afternoon delight with my then fella. On return to the office one lady looked straight at me and said oh well we can all guess what you've been up to its written all over your face, like the cat that got the cream!

Good. Boris is a delusional twit with an absolute power mania, an unbalanced and utterly bonkers Winston Churchill fan-boy obsession and a flagrant disregard for anyone’s interests but his own. He should not be ANYWHERE NEAR office at all, but especially not when he thinks he might have a crack at taking on Russia. He’s forgotten (or is possibly just unaware) we don’t actually have an empire enslaved any more, and that we could not get near Russia even when we did. Up until now, he’s been an ineffectual, feckless twerp. If he gets a sniff of having a play at war games, he’ll annihilate Britain by making stupid decisions and even stupider speeches because he’s wetting his knickers in excitement over playing at being Winston. To whom he could not hold a candle in a thousand years anyway, because he’s such an ineffectual, feckless, self absorbed, power-obsessed twerp. But a dangerous one, a chancer. A bloody gambler with millions of lives - a nation - in his staggeringly irresponsible, grabby, elitist, juvenile hands.

I don’t know what the answer to the Russia issue could be. But whatever it is, I guarantee it’s not what Boris has written in his Glory for Boris Crayon Battle Plan. The exact opposite is probably a great start. He leaves me almost inarticulate with loathing, and that’s bloody saying something. I cannot find words appalling enough for how abhorrent I find his contempt for ordinary people, the Queen, Women and children (Everyone, except Winston Bloody Churchill actually.) whom he sees merely as objects to be used to profit from, be it power, money, status, or physical gratification. I am boiling with rage that such a fool is permitted to play at governing an actual nation. It’s preposterous.

Well it's always good for opposition parties to prepare for elections. I'm sure the Tories are loving the power they have with their choice in dates.

Yeah well done Tories to be banking on winning those seats back 👍Hmm

tobee · 01/07/2022 04:03

Plus as it worked brilliantly for Theresa May I'm sure the divine Boris Johnson can make it work for him.

DH got into the office early one morning, to find the MD having sex with his PA. He just ignored it, it was a frequent occurrence. Lots of daft things happened there, know one cared tbh.

I think the difference is....

He was in senior government
and married (to s.o else..), thus eminently potentially subject to blackmail.

Personally I don't care what folk get up to in their offices if they're not in public, safety critical, roles.

4NonBlondes2022 · 01/07/2022 04:56

I did CARE. Wife? Guess it's ok, probably ALOT more fun with the risk than back at their home.

4NonBlondes2022 · 01/07/2022 05:04

🤮

LadyWithLapdog · 01/07/2022 05:07

He’s a grubby, seedy, corrupt, disgusting little man.

This isn’t a cheap porn movie from the 80s, though it will appeal to some saddos and mysoginists.

It's worrying that Labour have no better ideas as far as political policies and they are resorting to salaciousness to try and get Boris out. The people that are going mad about this never would have voted for Boris in the first place. Politicians on both sides have always philandered. Nobody really cares. If Labour want to get back in power they are going to have to come up with policies that people agree with and believe that Labour would actually enact. And politicians that people like and can identify with.

You really are being ridiculous. Labour are hardly resorting "to salaciousness to get Boris out". If he'd kept his cock in his trousers at work this story wouldn't even have seen the light of day.

mjf981 · 01/07/2022 05:56

I just can't believe the amount of publicity/negativity/energy that goes in to covering his shenanigans, and yet he is still here. The odious twerp should have been ousted months ago for a million (and counting) different reasons. I'm just sick of the whole pathetic circus.

Violetparis · 30/06/2022 12:32

Why are all the news reporters/media commentators ignoring this story ? I can't see Ian Hislop/Private Eye publishing it unless they were sure of their sources. Is there a super injunction or something ?

Certain people want to be given a new year's honour. Keep a look out o see who gets them.

It’s not a rumour. And the PM wife used her connections at the Telegraph to get the story pulled.

I am highly amused at the fact all this 'salaciousness' appears to be the fault of Labour! The rail strike's their fault too, everything is!
So the Deputy Chief Whip getting pissed and groping male colleagues and now resigning, is that Labour's fault? Asking for a friend.

Clinton and Kennedy as a criticism of Labour.... 😂🤣😂🤣

Actually, my mum who voted for Boris is pretty disgusted by this. And she's not dim enough to think this is a Labour plot.

Notonthestairs · 01/07/2022 07:20

"And the PM wife used her connections at the Telegraph to get the story pulled."

Carrie Johnson was able to ring Rebekah Brooks at the Times (News UK chief executive) to try and make the story disappear.

For all the unpleasant details revealed by PE the Johnson's hold over our media is what concerns me most.

We won't have accountability without a free press.

After all that stuff about how they couldn't have the instability of a leadership election whilst there's war in Europe, that would certainly be a fittingly hypocritical thing for them to do. But, after the evidence of the last two by-elections, not terrifically clever.

BadAtMaths2 · 01/07/2022 07:24

Summed up nicely. And the coziness between press and politicians…

Whatever Theresa May's shortcomings were, I can't imagine her indulging in oral sex in the office.

We thought that about John Major. It’s always the quiet ones! 😂

I agree. Always Labour’s fault🙄. You know it’s Conservative HQ’s desperation at work. We see you.

Whitehorsegirl · 01/07/2022 07:35

Everything about this story is appalling:

  • mistress servicing BJ in the workplace while wife was having cancer treatment
  • this being witnessed by another politician (who did not report it)
  • BJ trying to get his mistress a £100,000 job and staff having to block it before of rumours of the affair
  • biased press trying to bury the story after being pressured.
Good on Private Eye for publishing this and thank god for social media these days where people can still share information/news more or less freely.

This government is beyond vile.

Veol · 01/07/2022 08:06

But we already know he had an affair with Carrie when they were working together. What do people think happens during an office affair? I imagine Labour MPs are keeping quiet because many of them will have been caught with their trousers down and don’t want to risk it appearing in the papers. This is a total non story compared to the total fuck up Boris is making of governing the country.
