'Madagascan vanilla powder is a great sugar substitute'

It's not, though, is it

It's eye-wateringly expensive is what it is. £15 for 20g. Fairly sure heroin is cheaper!

Baggyeye · 20/06/2022 18:30

As if you could be arsed prepping for every meal like that?

No wonder she went out to eat FIVE times that week!

I'd happily eat it if I had a personal chef to prepare it. Unfortunately, due to DH & DC's selfish unwillingness to become said personal chef then the nearest we shall get is the tex-mex trio dip along with our Doritos.

GandTfortea · 20/06/2022 18:31

She must shit through the eye of a needle

FreddieMercurysCat · 20/06/2022 18:31

Lovely. I don’t have the time, energy or finances for those shenanigans.

GrinAndVomit · 20/06/2022 18:32

My favourite sandwich filling is salmon paste.

HuggyWuggy · 20/06/2022 18:33

What a load of BS.

Perfectlystill · 20/06/2022 18:37

Spoilt woman with the time to spend chopping and walking and HIIT-ing etc. Its always the rich ones who become 'nutritionists' - it's just what rich women do to pass the time.

She sounds so damn boring!

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 20/06/2022 17:42

LOL I read that article earlier today too - had hoped to pick up some tips - noooopppe it just blew my mind! not in a great way! I try to eat healthily, but man alive, that is taking it to the level of parody! I kept thinking, she must not have kids...

Or any bills or responsibilities whatsoever!!

What a life.

Fritilleries · 20/06/2022 18:38

Such bullshit. Your digestive tract doesn't ever need a rest.

Can’t say for sure, but I’d give it a bash because I reckon £20 of smack has got to be much nicer than Madagascan vanilla powder on fucking frogspawn chia seeds.

although I gather smack is moreish and is a gateway drug to salted peanuts.

Cocoandcleo · 20/06/2022 18:42

If you liked this one, every other one on the sheer luxe website is the same. But then, it is a website for the wealthy so it's very on brand. The team do a behind the scenes series/weekly video on YouTube as well - I do quite enjoy watching it but it is absolute privilege at its finest.

Not salted peanuts. They've gotta be raw and blessed by the sun!

MadameFantabulosa · 20/06/2022 18:43

I bet she can shit.

WildOnce · 20/06/2022 18:45

Why doesn’t she take the dog on the run? Two birds and all that.

PresidentByeThen · 20/06/2022 18:46

I'm very similar- I also plump for chia seed pudding whilst 'in the menstrual phase of my cycle'.

Either that, or cheese and onion crisps on thickly buttered Warburtons Toastie bread.

StickyFingeredWeeNed · 20/06/2022 18:46

All you lot points up thread are vile jellus bitches! She’s only trying to help you but you’re all too busy contemplating her toilet habits and having a pint of wine in the departure lounge in an attempt to numb a 4 hour flight with your sex-prizes. Shame on you. 😂

TheKeatingFive · 20/06/2022 18:49

How is it possible to get pancakes SO WRONG.

I feel nothing but pity for her poor deluded soul.

viques · 20/06/2022 18:52

I like the way she is lucky enough to “find” vegetables in supermarkets. Are they lying abandoned on the floor? Does she sneak them from other peoples trollies or does she do what the rest of us do and look on the shelves where the kind supermarket people have put the vegetables for us so we don’t have to bloody well play hide and seek for our shopping.

'one simple tip is to add citrus to any meal to increase the bioavailability'

Mate a simple tip is pushing rice krispies with the back of the spoon to fit more in the bowl.

B0ssAssB1tch · 20/06/2022 18:53

I was bored, so i had a look at the menus for a couple of the places she ate out at.

£18. For a salad.

On the day she went out for lunch and dinner, she must have spent about £75 on food if you include a drink too. Not including the cost of her breakfast chia seeds.

That's a much more useful tip 😁

MeAndMyKatzen · 20/06/2022 18:56

Each to their own, but nothing gets my goat more than people writing this kind of elitist and entitled twaddle to make us mere mortals feel second best. We're all doing a great job and the best that we can with what we've got. You're amazing just as you are X

WalkerWalking · 20/06/2022 18:57

The food sounds delicious tbh. But I don't see why she would think that a) her digestive system "needs a rest", or b) that putting liquid nutrients, that need digesting, into her system would give it a rest...?

What does she do when her heart or her lungs need a bit of a rest 🤔

BeverForget · 20/06/2022 18:58

Conveniently she misses out the 'face down in a Greggs pasty on Friday' bit that we all know she does...

SunflowerGardens · 20/06/2022 18:58

She eats a lot of salad doesn't she? Not the kind of salad my mum makes - bit of lettuce, a crinkle cut tomato, pickled onions, a boiled egg, a few slices of cheese, a slice of ham and a load of salad cream. I shall have to tell her to start simply adding citrus to increase its biodiversity.
