I mean, if this is the sort of food someone likes, then great, crack on with that - but it's the way she seems to be suggesting that eating like this is the only way to be healthy, and that healthy eating has to mean keto, 'cleansing' juices, powder supplements, obsessing over blood sugar and spending a fortune on it all. It's such a bloody scam.
