I am disappointed he hasn't apologised, but maybe he hasn't realised yet. I think it's possible they are travelling back from hols today, it's a longish flight.

Yes, I knew that, and thought I had, but must have missed a post. There is no rule, it’s just kind of odd.

Just read through them again, and not sure what I was supposed to have seen that would explain why someone would have their not so close friends partners number, or the other way around, but clearly others think there is nothing odd in this, so no need for anyone else to get their knickers in a knot about my opinion.

I got my grovelling apology yesterday. I didn't press for an explanation, but the wife knows, so I am all done with it. They may or may not be having marital issues now. I am just keeping clear and won't be seeing them for a couple of months anyway. So hoping it will have blown over by then.

The image is seared on my mind. I was surprised how much it upset me. I have received so many dick pics on dating apps before, I thought I had "seen it all". But when you actually know the person there is a whole other dimension to it. It took up so much head space over the weekend, catastrophizing and worrying about what to do for the best. In the end, it was quite easily sorted after a bit of a wait and I needn't have dedicated to much energy to it!!
