A rebuttal witness to the expert witness who said the injury coudn't have happened from a bottle being thrown.

I saw a window shatter once and a piece of the glass sailed off, cut off the end of a man's finger and then lodged in his wrist. It was completely random and he had no other cuts or bruises and it was just a complete fluke. I have no idea what happened to Johnny's finger but who knows what exact position each finger was in. If he was tapping his fingers while resting them on the bar or the angle etc. I think it is possible it definitely could have happened with glass from a bottle.

Interesting they aren't mentioning the photos that Amber testified were different but overlaid perfectly. Also iPhone 11 came out in Nov 2017 so how were these the original photos?

I'll admit I have a huge bias, I don't like her. I think she comes across as condescending and patronising.
