Yes. It was very cleverly worded questions and he answered carefully. He never directly said AH leaked the info/video to TMZ - if he had then he may be in trouble.

What he did was explain how it all works, which now gives the jury the opportunity to come to a conclusion that AH lied.

All AH team could do was try to attack him personally. But that didn't work because he was quick.

From what I understand your photos wouldn't say that it's been in 'photos 3.0' if you just took a photo.

If you edit the photo it will say 'photos 3.0'

Yes but what changes were made? Just implying they were photoshopped is meaningless - it leaves it wide open to interpretation.
