It was the text from Stephen Deuters to AH apologising on behalf of JD for the kick on the plane.

I haven't seen the texts, but pp have spoken about them in these threads.

There could be loads of reasons it hasnt been allowed in. I think it could be hearsay.

I still think that they are both messed up from their childhood trauma. But if you listen to all the tapes you get a sense that JDs reaction is to shut down, get drunk and zone out (basically escape) whereas AHs reaction is to attack. She criticises him for not fighting with her because she sees fighting as loving.

I agree that they are a bad mix. His staff seemed to see that and were trying to get him away from her. He had been clean and sober before their relationship and she was already a drunk and a coke head. They should never have gotten together.

I believe the relationship was bad but she was the main aggressor. She has huge abandonment issues and has a very controlling personality (see Ricky’s testimony that Amber got into a physical fight with her because of wine glasses).

The question really is for this trial- who has been the most truthful? Who’s version of events do we believe? I’m afraid that Amber has been caught lying about major things too much to be believed. If she can lie about the tapes and the donation and about taking drugs and the rape then what else has she lied about?

I didn't realise it has not been allowed in. Was it in the Uk trial? That's a big big of evidence not allowed in. I am a bit behind and I am listening to AH lawyer talking about what is/isn't allowed in. There is lots of critical info that the court has sustained can't be allowed which is detrimental to AHs case. Lots of saying it's here say. I guess it is though as it's just her reporting things or texting.

But why has DR Ks testimony been said to be hearsay? Is because AH told him his info or it's what he observed himself.

Isn't this lots of evidence she relied on in the Uk trial.

There are differences between UK and US rules around evidence. But I don't know all them exactly.

I am assuming JDs assistant isn't testifying? Why not? Surely he would really help to determine who is telling the truth and what happened.

He is here for verification of the photographs it hasn’t been good in his pre trial reports, so much there was sanctions asked for
