Part 3 AIBU to wonder why so many people assume Johnny Depp is the good guy and Amber Heard is the villain

Following on from parts 1 and 2
Trial has gone 'dark' this week as the Judge is at a conference so it's going to be quiet on that front and I expect this thread will run slower than the previous two, however, there is still plenty of material and evidence from the last three weeks that we can 'cross examine'.

Any and all opinions welcome.

I said "Whether you have some diagnosis or not it's equally unprofessional to diagnose someone online(which I haven't said you did but is so generally)." I don't understand the need to respond to that as if I haven't written that(marked in bold).

You esentially told me to stop talking about my opinon on BPD, that's another way to tell someone to shut up, whatever words you prefere effect is the same.

You also did not clarify which point you disagreed with or why(so much about"educating the public")and I did not even write a lot about it. And respectfully, as someone who could easily get prescribed BPD(depending on dr), I will never agree with you no matter what your expertise. I think I know enough about it to reject it. If people disagree with me they can look up the people I refer to and decide for themselves(just like with everything else on the internet).
You frankly cannot tell how informed I am, you just disagree with me-there is a difference. I do not need to be a professional to not agree with something that could potentially affect my life, such as diagnosis. I believe I have not said anything categorically untrue as said, our points of view and experience will differ. This was not even a topic about BPD. I'm not going to engage anymore, even if you reply with something misrepresenting what I wrote(and that goes for some other posters too, nothing personal)

What is interesting is that Josh Drew’s testimony directly contradicts Amber. Her friends are sticking to the story from the original accusations. They haven’t seem to have the memo with the new improved accusations.

The reason that it's contradicting is because he gave that deposition in 2019. She hadn't changed the story yet.
She has added so much since the UK trial in 2020.

I do not feel they are any more than "hangers on". Not too authentic TBH.

I just heard part where Josh is saying he is DV survivor himself-that could have refer to him being in abusive househould or his abusers being parents/carers too

Apart from the bits which were "is this photograph and accurate representation of what you saw?" And them saying yes to a bruised Amber's face

Yes. These are very accurate photographs, that were photoshopped or had bruises painted on.
Why did they take so long to hand the devices over? Why is the metadata so messed up, or missing?
It's all fake. And none of her group can change their story because they would perjure themselves due to their UK statements. In Josh Drews case, he is running on the first script because his depo is from 3 years ago. And she hadn't made more stories up yet.

Has anyone else noticed Camille Vasquez likes to put untrue words in Amber's mouth?

Just watched the clip about the Australian night and Vasquez states Amber testified to a sequence of events but that is not true at all. Amber said she couldn't remember the exact sequence of events that night, only the instances of assaults.

I noticed she does it a lot. Makes off the cuff or last minute remarks that have no basis in fact like the pen knife on the bed being used by Amber to splinter the edge. No proof she did just like there is no proof it was Depp's boot. Like Depp not being the only ex Partner Heard has assaulted - Amber was released without charge on the Tasya Van Ree allegation.

As articulate as Vasquez is, she is deliberately misleading the jury and getting away with it.

Whitney is doing well but she is clearly very anxious (understandable). Hope she can regain calmness before cross. It must be awful doing this infront of millions.

This tweet thread about Jen Howells (Whitney’s former boss) is very interesting. It seems that Amber and her crew have been trying to intimidate witnesses.

I think Elaine and all of amber lawyers had prepared a very different case, the refusal of evidence has left them with months of prep wasted. I cannot believe a lawyer as experienced as Elaine becomes inept overnight.

Cross was quite pleasant, Depps team apart from ambers cross are quite relaxed in cross examination
