We are off to Spain next week,we have had a few weekends away since Christmas (one was a hen weekend) and we went out to dinner last night. I was on the phone to DSIL and she asked why I was so tired, I said oh we were out for dinner and drinks last night. It ended up being a later than expected night. She then said "oh and Spain on Monday... you two are getting around, is it not a bit much? Especially since you're not vaccinated! " I was just gobsmacked! I mean seriously I thought we were passed that vaccinated/non vaccinated talk...live and let live. Aibu to be p'd off!!??

Op doesn't sound like a very nice person. It's obvious the majority of us DO care about others, obviously we are not going to give her a pat on the back. I don't know why she would post this unless to goad. I have been to 11 funerals from Covid. It's one thing to have an opinion but to delight in stirring up other people's feelings is quite another.

Covid is ending and whilst it’s true that herd immunity was a big factor and yes the unvaccinated did leech off the vaccinated what are we going to do? Punish the unvaccinated? Make sure they never travel? Leave it be. We never punished the brexiteers either. Just leave it be.

Covid isnt ending. It’s not ending with 2000 deaths a week. And there is no herd immunity, just like there is no herd immunity for the flu because the virus keeps mutating. That’s why people getting covid several times in one year!!!

I would check the travel requirements as it looks like you need to be fully vaccinated or have proof of having had Covid
