Are there any woman in the public eye who look younger than their years?

It comes up quite regularly on MN, where people comment that really nobody of say 40+ looks much younger than their actual age.

But plenty of other women do say they genuinely get taken for younger. So it's obviously quite individual.

Are there any women in the public eye who do look younger, do you think?

I find this fascinating as I am truly shit at guessing anybody's age! Which I suspect could be something to do with being neurodivergent - I just don't 'see' the small giveaways.

Hmm, probably most of them.

It's hard to judge actually isn't it, famous/celebrity/well known wise. Who knows what they've had done to look good.

Reese Witherspoon is always one that's struck me as being very naturally youthful. Id guess she was younger than me (35) I've enough wrinkles and grey hair for the whole of Hollywood to take a share too

Gwen Stefani is 52, she looks amazing. As does J Lo also 52!

Selena Gomez definitely doesn’t look nearly 30

Claudia Jessie (Eloise in Bridgerton) doesn’t look anywhere near 32 imo

Amanda holden. Don't particularly like the woman but she looks good for 51 years old

Nicola Adams is 39 which is way older than I would have thought.

Pretty much all of these women have had work down. So surely not comparable to the average non famous woman!

I agree with both of these. Sofia especially. I'm 50 this year and have always looked younger but I feel age is catching up on me.

It's subjective I guess but I personally think Amanda Holden looks exactly like a woman of 52 - but one trying to. look younger than that. Same with Liz Hurley and Lisa Snowden. They all look like women in their fifties but are obviously trying hard to look younger than their years. They don't look young in a natural way, it looks forced.

I want to say all the women in the public eye look younger than their age. I can't think of an exception.

I always judge whether people look my age or not and the age they were when I first saw them. But I always see myself as 28 obviously still don’t look it though! In my head Jennifer Anniston is still 35 and I wont hear another word about it!! 😂

I was convinced the cast of Derry Girls were actual teenagers and they're not. Although that's probably credit to their acting as much as their looks.

Are you talking about women who have had procedures on their faces?

No celeb who has botox and fillers looks natural. They might be glamorous and beautiful but they are not natural looking and eventually they do not look like themselves anymore.

I do not get why we have to 'age' a person in order for them to have credibility.

Sure, get botox if you want to reduce wrinkles, why not? But it's the other stuff that makes them look downright weird. They have to stay relevant but on doing so they become ' plastic' don't they?
