When will the rules change as I completely agree this is unfair and I expect that you will all largely agree with me.

For anyone that doesn't agree, please explain your reasoning to help me better understand.

This reminds me of the weightlifting story from last year.

People that are born female and people who are born male should not be competing in these events together. Our physical bodies are not comparable.

Have as many genders as you can think of, but there are only two possible sexes that you can be born as and that is what eligibility in these competitions should be based on.

PP are probably right in thinking that if this continues competitive women’s sport will be over. Within 10 years the line-up and podium positions in will consist entirely of transwomen.

I don’t pretend to know what the answer is, but by shutting down any debate with the accusation of transphobia is not helping.

The fact is that tranwomen’s rights are being put above women’s rights and that is not acceptable. As women we had a long hard struggle to be granted even the semblance of equal rights, but it does seem that the Equality Act is now being used against us.

What I don’t get is, why do they still Compete with him? They should all walk out and refuse. Let him crack on with his medals if they mean that much. Swimming and all sports need to go on size and weight, as the 1st commenter isn’t the only person with this whole ‘transphobic’ agenda attitude and that way if a woman is the same size and testosterone levels as this giant ‘lady’ they can compete with, but I have a feeling he will be swimming alone.

I’m surprised so many people on here agree on this as usually the majority is for the 57 gender agenda, it’s getting out of hand.

The physical performance differences between men and women are more than hormonal. Bone density, limb length, muscle mass, body fat. Completely wrong this is acceptable.

You are not wrong here. I have a woman colleague with Turner syndrome who is also deemed to be a man or some sort of point scoring anomaly because her female reproductive system does not work properly properly. It's incredibly offensive.

The staff involved all of them should be arrested.

From each member of the Board down, they should be arrested and questioned for that attempt to pervert the justice system.

•what they should have known and when they should have known it,
•what they actually knew and when they knew it,
•when they were not informed of something who was responsible for the decided to withhold the information.
Or say nothing and hope everybody involved says nothing.

Any internal inquire needs to be put on hold until the justice system rules out criminal activity.

There is no way that a competent medical facility was not aware of the sex of a patient.

If some staff members were foolish enough to make board level decisions they should take in ownership of the outcome.

If it was a Board level decision the individual members can justify the voted on decision to a jury of their peers.

There is a third biological sex surely? Hermaphrodites have both sets of genitals. Rare and nothing to do with being trans but I think that makes it factually inaccurate to say there are just two biological sexes.

Transwomen are not women is a statement of fact. Facts and reality cannot be hateful or transphobic. The category of women does not include men. Here's an alternative true statement: transwomen are men who identify as women.

There are no true hermaphrodites in the human species, people of both sexes have disorders of sex development. There are only two sexes, there isn't a third one, and people don't have no sex at all.
