Daughter has sudden rash under chin (picture) any ideas?

As tithe says. Not bumpy or raised. Came up an hour ago. Not a graze. Like botches.

Anyone any ideas?

So I was just rubbing on my chin because I saw a TikTok how to get rid of a double chin and they said to rub your chin and I did that for 30 seconds. I kept rubbing it and it appeared a red like thing and I don’t know what it is I tried putting ice I tried doing everything, but every time I put ice it turns red and then later on it turns like a purple red. Can someone tell me what it means and I am 15 years old. Can you also tell me how to get rid of it.

My daughter has the same thing, we think that she got it from lying on her front with her chin on a crocheted blanket on the end of her bed.
