AIBU to not get the love for Ant and Dec?

Are they REALLY as good as their yearly awards would have us believe? I really don't like Ant, and I don't watch them, to be honest. But are they that good or is it just that the TV Quick gang vote for them year after year?

@Sparklingbrook

Since the drink driving I'm pretty disgusted with Dec. That should have been the end of his career as a presenter

You can't really blame Dec, it was Ant that was driving.

Hee hee, good answer.

I doubt many of us go through life without dong anything wrong. Dec has moved on since the drink drive accident and is not likely to ever do that again. It's over.

Well their tv ratings would say different to the posts on this thread! I find them perfectly likeable. They have a warm, cheeky persona thing going on and are funny but never nasty. They take the mick out of themselves and obviously have a good friendship.

No one's forcing you to watch them. I never know why people bother to make threads pointing out things they dislike that supposedly everyone else likes.

I like them.

There's a bit of difference between getting behind the wheel when still rat-arsed from the night before and robbing from the Pick and Mix in Woolies.

Did I type 'dong'? Oh dear, that was a Freudian typo.

He's done his penance and is settled now, that's all I'm saying.
