Does this show his guilt? Water down in some way his actions? I’m sure some will say this proves she was only in it for the money. I think she and a lot of underage girls were abused but because of the wealth involved those guilty will never face justice. Can’t understand why I feel sad about this outcome.

Victoria Hervey always comes across as the biggest bitch in bitchville. Seems desperately angry that she's not exactly where she feels she should be at this stage in her life. Maybe that's why she's gone down the QAnon/anti-vaxx rabbit hole.

VG is much shorter than PA. His left arm is oddly placed. I've never believed in this photo and now the original is 'lost'

The other woman in the photo has confirmed its authenticity.

The photographer who first copied the photo also averred its authenticity - being was just one of many from the same batch.

But it's a murky tale with no angels involved

And the girls? The trafficked girls that were central to the imprisonment of Maxwell?
Are they 'no angels' either?

The snapshot looks fairly original. It looks like a snap, but if the original negative is lost, then the legal argument could be challenged in court. It doesn't look photoshopped to my (admittedly inexpert) eye but it does look like a casual snap taken at an informal gathering.

And beyond that I can't extrapolate. If original and untouched, it proves they had a selfie-- but nothing more, and it places them both in a place and a time... it doesn't look like Pizza Express.

On balance, I sympathize with VG, and I think she has been brave to take the case to court, but I think they have both "won" as much as was on the table for their respective agendas. She has a sizeable contribution to her foundation and he is not proven guilty of having taken advantage of a young (but not underage) girl. Sordid all round frankly but Prince Andrew comes off worst, because he was much older than VG, and had more to lose, and which he has lost. There's no returning for him....
