Exactly. If she is not fit to be Queen then neither is he to be King. I am tired of being told that the public's attitude has softened towards her; nobody consulted me or anyone else I know about what we think. In reality I don't think anyone has forgotten how their relationship came about.

Of course if they were private individuals, their relationship and conduct would be private matters only. But as long as monarchists insist that they should have these grand public roles and titles and be subsidised by the rest of us, this means that their conduct past & present DOES matter and is very much our business.

I agree. This is no time to be celebrating anything let alone a 'platinum jubilee'. I am not in any mood to play the grateful subject; especially not after what we have all been through over the last couple of years.

The RF have not covered themselves in glory during this time, to be frank. The entitlement of many of them has been nauseating to witness. Charles & Camilla personify this; when have they denied themselves anything?

Well, she will be the King's wife. And they have been married for 17 years! Why not?

I couldn’t care less. She seems a very nice lady and will undoubtedly be a help to Charles.

Honestly couldn't care less. Can't imagine a situation where I would have to call her, or any of the clan, anything.
