No, just the usual insults and non-responses to requests for details. Sigh.

It's all they have.

NotBadConsidering · 22/01/2022 09:27

@Ereshkigalangcleg

A lot of GC views ARE in line with far right views.

Yes, even Hitler knew how babies are made.

🤣🤣
roarfeckingroarr · 22/01/2022 09:33

For everyone saying it's a single issue and what about xyz, I can't see the basic safety of women - not to mention the ability to organise as a political class - as a mere single issue.

theqentity · 22/01/2022 09:35

Less than 1000 of you, bet Starmer is shitting his pants at that

MrBlobbyLivesNextDoor · 22/01/2022 09:36

@JustAnotherPoster00

People not agreeing with T*'s gc feminists = TRA

Such nuanced debate

Why so coy as to star out what you really want to say?
Theeyeballsinthesky · 22/01/2022 09:39

Labour womens network includes men

www.lwn.org.uk/trans_inclusion_policy

I mean doesn’t that tell you everything you need to know?

Tbf conservative woman’s network does too - they’re just a lot more low key about it conservativewomen.uk/our-mission/

Welcome to the 21st century where women only groups in political parties no longer exist

Wait, there's a list? There's a list uddntifying us all and there's 1000 of us? 1000 of what, exactly? Women fearing for their rights, and those of future women? Did you run out of fingers, sweetie? I can guarantee you that there's more than 1000.
DialSquare · 22/01/2022 09:41

Only ever voted Labour. Not anymore. Another one politically homeless.

Bortles · 22/01/2022 09:42

Have voted labour now wouldnt.

In the whole country? Or just on this thread. The whole population eligible to vote aren't all on this thread funnily enough. And I doubt he is shitting himself. He knows he won't get voted in when he won't recognise and acknowledge half the population. One can only assume this is deliberate and he doesn't actually care about labour getting in. Making themselves unelectable is not a good thing. The question really is why?

Is this thread representative? Hard to know. It’s not a formalised poll by someone like YouGov or Gallup.

Of course Labour could do a poll if they really wanted to know, particularly given the results of the last election, a review of which pointed to identity politics as one of the concerns of voters.

Or they could bury their heads in the sand and assume they have the vote they need to win the election purely because Boris is a walking scandal. Their choice. But they will only have themselves to blame if they ignore the sentiments expressed here.

Yep. Let's face it. It's all really fucking shit.

NotBadConsidering · 22/01/2022 09:46

You obviously care enough to post, so why not spend some time explaining why this isn't an issue for you, or why we should remain labour voters - engage in a discussion. Insults are just so childish and pointless.
MrBlobbyLivesNextDoor · 22/01/2022 09:51

Or they could bury their heads in the sand and assume they have the vote they need to win the election purely because Boris is a walking scandal.

Hmm, interesting. Maybe they do think that the disaster of Boris is enough to swing it. Maybe that's it. I don't think they will swing it. Women aren't going to vote themselves out of existence. But it will show that the Tory party have free reign to do whatever they want, with no competition whatsoever.

BlackeyedSusan · 22/01/2022 09:55

I am also a victim of DV and would not want to share a refuge with a male person as it would be terrifying. My disability means I see them as male.

My disability means I find communication difficult. I can't navigate the difficulties of language. Getting punched in the head several times has not helped with brain function...I am not going to be able to navigate complicated language and lie about people's sex...

Stop calling everyone who disagrees with you privalidged and using it as a stick to beat people with. You have no idea about people's lives. You just trying to use it to shut people up.

Plasmodesmata · 22/01/2022 09:55

It is interesting though. Maybe "less than 1000" but how representative is it? How many of us have voted Labour in the past (me) but wouldn't now do so again?

Does this come up on the doorstep with canvassers? I never get any here as we're such a strong Tory constituency nobody really bothers.

Mummacake · 22/01/2022 09:57

Me. Politically homeless

HaroldMeeker · 22/01/2022 09:57

I'm bloody furious that labour and, up here, the snp, have shat on women like this. It truly shows how much contempt they have for females of all ages. They're sitting patting themselves on the back about how they're protecting a vulnerable group, whilst removing safeguards and rights, basic fucking rights, from 51% of the population.

It's mindblowing.

MrBlobbyLivesNextDoor · 22/01/2022 09:58

We never get canvassers here either. I'm not sure why, we did used to once. Years ago.

RufustheFloralmissingreindeer · 22/01/2022 10:00

Is the problem with TRA the A bit

Would people be happier with TRS?

(Supporter, just in case…)

Cos I would be happy to be a WRS

bathsh3ba · 22/01/2022 10:01

I would never have voted for Labour anyway!

MrBlobbyLivesNextDoor · 22/01/2022 10:03

It's mindblowing

It's bloody terrifying. It makes me feel sick to see where we've ended up. Where women's rights are removed in favour of trans rights. There could easily be a compromise where both both are separate but safe. But that's not the end game is it.
