Was this a dodgy massage?!

I swear I am NOT a troll - MNHQ can confirm I am a long time poster who has NC. I would particularly like the opinions of masseuses/masseurs but anyone really.

I get massages all the time and this has never happened before.

Masseur (so male - not a problem, have masseurs fairly often too. Not sexist and not assuming all men are pervs).

During the leg portion of my massage he crossed my leg over and massaged the bottom of my thigh. The bottom of my thigh was over my vulva. It was extremely arousing, obviously. I didn’t really know what to say - he did it on both sides.

I guess my AIBU is - AIBU to think this was deliberate and he knows what he is doing?! Or am I just quite sex starved and bizarre?

I realise people will come on being like why didn’t you say anything but 1) I wasn’t really sure if he was doing anything on purpose ajd 2) to be honest it was pleasant!

I’m on holiday and I’ve never been here before so I don’t trust it 100% but it’s in a very nice hotel. Don’t know about that court case. I’ve tried to Google about this massage technique to see if other people have complaints or have anything experienced but nothing is coming up

Why on earth were you wearing disposable knickers?

I think it could be ok. I’ve had masseurs massage that part. It’s never felt weird though. I’d feel a bit revolted with myself if it did. Most of the male masseurs I’ve had are the same age as my sculpt kids. I’d feel a right creep if it gave me the tinglies.

I only have massages by physiotherapists and I always have sports massages.

What do you mean? That’s common practice in plenty of spas I’ve been in - I always prefer them as oil doesn’t ruin my normal knickers!

OP i would suggest that he crossed your legs to prevent you from feeling exposed while he massaged that area, and to give you a direct barrier of your own leg between his hands and your genitals, given how high up your leg his hands were. It may be that has backfired.

OP I'm sorry that you're unsure what this actually was. Did he act in a way that made you suspicious?

My OH had a massage abroad once that he said made him quite uncomfortable at times, but he thinks it was a normal massage in the country he had it in.

Is there a woman who works in the spa you could question on techniques to try and understand what his intentions were?

Finally after 10 years we have a mumsnetter review Brian from Hull.

It might have felt a bit Hmm op but did the massage do the trick. If it did then personally that's all that matters.

In turkey on holiday , I didn't want it to stop . Felt guilty with dp being outside minding dc so booked him in next ( thinking a woman would do it instead ) nope , same man! His words when he came out were " did he do that to you too " , I was creased lol

Ok let me be more specific! My the bottom of my thigh I suppose I mean the top - near my bottom. My bad. So he crossed one leg over the top of the other and massaged the underside of my thigh, exactly where the clitoris/vulva is. I don’t know if that makes sense. I can’t really do a diagram…or can I?! I can try 🤦🏻‍♀️
The cltoris / vulva is not on the underside of your thigh! It’s really nowhere near it. 😅

I didn't mean it like that I just meant it as if she was a bit tight and need of a massage in that area and the massage worked in that respect
