Top three options if that was the limit for Xmas dinner?

Mine is probably parsnips, nice carrots and broccoli.

I know I'm going to change my mind when I see other responses.

I'm not going to include roast potatoes as they're far too sinful and nice to be classed as vegetables Grin

So my veg of choice:

Sprouts
Honey roasted carrots
Red cabbage

I would miss cauliflower cheese and parsnips though Sad

Chely · 20/12/2021 14:52

Not doing the roast dinner but if I did there would be a lot more veggies as we like them, at least 8 different ones and they all get eaten.
I'm cooking a chicken curry for our Christmas Dinner this year.

HeronLanyon · 20/12/2021 15:00

Broccoli (with garlic and ginger)
Brussels sprouts roast with sky sauce.
Mashed potatoes. (And roast if we are allowed one veg two ways). Slathered on butter and red currant jelly.

beenthereboughtthetshirt · 20/12/2021 15:07

why do we only get 3 veg please Miss? I want some more......

I recall a previous post on the Christmas page I think and people were saying what veg they had with their Christmas dinner, I think the maximum was about 11 different veg and it was unusual to have anyone with even 3-4 veg, so thought this may be good to gauge the favourites in amongst it all.

Honey roast carrots
Roasted onion
Red cabbage
