Would you be happy if the feet of your newly installed kitchen looked like this? New quartz worktop due to go in shortly, wickes installation manager thinks this is absolutely fine.

AIBU to think I should be getting a better install for a kitchen I have paid wickes £15,000 to supply and install?

Your installer wasn’t called Dave by any chance was he? Based in south London? Looks very similar to the work done when our new kitchen was put in. Took literally months to sort out, and some bits were never right.

Wow, that certainly is shoddy

Doesn't surprise me. Recently quoted by Wickes for tiles. I said I wanted white tiles with black grout, but their tiler had to be spot on because any miss-laid tiles would be obvious.
Kitchen designer said 'they can use white grout if you're worried.' That was the decider for me.
