OK I probably am being horrible but I couldn't help but laugh hearing that people are calling Ulrika Johnson 4 X 4 - aparently it has really upset her.

UC you misunderstand me. I'm letting rip with the best of them over on the Jade thread but I simply can't join in with saggy boob comments as it's far too close to home.

Also good on her for not having a ridiculous boob job. Anyone who has been pg four times WILL have saggy boobs. Look at the native savage types in documentaries. That's what we're meant to look like if only we'd burn those bras and let it all hang down.

Well I don't care either way how many children she has by how many different men, but I find the defense of her because she is a fellow woman quite laughable really. This is the woman who didn't care much about Nancy Whatsername's feelings when she was shagging Sven. Or does Nancy not count as a woman?

This sort of attitude is what classes women as second class citizens in this Country. So she has four children by four different men, so what. Until she has the headings "i beat my children" or "i left my children to go off with another man and have a single life" then i don't think she warrants critisism.

No one starts threads saying this kind of stuff about a man like say Eddie Murphy. Why is it one rule for men and one for women? How do women even stand a chance being equal to men when you get this kind of attitude for women themselves?

I just hope your life is so bloody perfect that no one ever critasises you!

In defence of the JG thread (which I started...) - the reason I think it is ok, as opposed to this one is because.....

calling UJ 4x4 because of personal circumstances is really mean - and probably not the way UJ would have chosen her life to be. Having a partner and getting pregnant is kind of normal.

Singing Happy Birthday to Gordon Brown in the style of Marilyn Monroe is just ASKING for trouble - Jade Goody simply MUST realise it is complete lunacy!!! And certainly for me, I'm laughing about the 'image' of it - it is a comic image yes? - rather than something deeply personal like who fathered her children. And it is also a satirical laugh at her celebrity, which I think is fair game - rather than her personal life.

tortoiseSHELL, I agree, I actaully quite like Jade Goody, I think she is a few sarnies short of a picnic, but that's about it.
But the idea of her singing to the pm tickles me, it really does.

WRT Ulrika, I think it's pathetic that people are willing to slag someone off who has fallen for the wrong men, thought they were going to be wonderful, had a child and been fucked over/dumped/had to leave because they were tossers.

I'm sure all the threads I've been on where MNers are slagging off their exes everyone has been in agreement that their exs really are cocks, not calling the women for making the bad judgement in the first place.

I think there IS something wrong with having four kids by four fathers personally.

It seems to be a bit of a sleb obsession to get married/together and pregnant as quickly as possible without making sure you are in a stable and loving relationship which is best for the kids.

They seem to pop out sprogs as quick as they can. 4X4 is far too extreme.

Look at the trauma Britneys kids are going through as a good example.
