The woman driving at protestors this week in the news, in a range rover that it turns out, isn’t taxed, hasn’t got a valid MOT & therefore insurance

Should have it impounded as she’s driving it illegally to take her son to school AIBU to think you can’t driving round illegally and then shout at protestors blocking the road - regardless of the rights or wrongs of the protestors or how annoying she may find them

Did she actually hit anyone or did she just drive at them? Because I’d say the latter is fair enough.

I'm general obviously I wouldn't do anything to harm them but if my child was stuck in an ambulance behind these utter selfish cunts, I honestly don't know what I would do. I think I would have to drag them out of the way, glue or not.

And I could be tempted by the former.

The problem is, in the video they are sat against the car, but they often run over and sit against cars anyway. That is no indication that she drove into them.

I think a bit of slow pushing is fine. Obviously the legality of that if caught on tape may be different. Driving into people at speed not so good.

you can have a car on your drive with no mot but still be insured

That poor women who has been left disabled, she may not have been that ill when they set off to go to hospital but wtaf her remaining years have now been ruined because of some selfish prices demanding homes are insulated. Well my home is mid terrace single brick wall how da fuck is the government meant to insulate my home unless they build cavity walls meaning I'd lose inches of spaces in every room.

Not to even mean that we are somewhere else 2% in carbon emissions compared to other countries like China, Pakistan where its like almost 30%.

Absolutely shocking behaviour.

She should be cautioned.

No matter how annoyed you are you can’t deliberately drive several tons of Range Rover into someone. She physically hits 2 of them. I doubt she is a professional stunt driver, she could easily be facing a GBH if not manslaughter or murder charge.

Police should speak with her.

P.S I have no patience with the protesters and think their behaviour irresponsible and potentially catastrophic. But I am not prepared to see justice handed to irate Range Rover drivers.

I'm not overly shocked that someone who would deliberately drive a car at numptys sat in the road wouldn't give a shit about road tax.

But no, I don't think her car should be impounded, I think she should just pay her road tax bill.

It's not appalling. She has to get to work, her son has to get to school and there are idiots sat in the road.

They took that risk when they chose to sit there. She gave them chance to get up and they didn't.
