Please tell me this is just an evap line?

Been feeling ‘pregnant’ all week, same muscle issues, gas and general exhaustion as my other pregnancy’s. Assumed I was mental as I have the implant and 2 under 2 at home already.

Took a first response tonight just to put my mind at ease and there is a very faint pink line. It’s clearer in person but these are the best pics I can get without natural light!

Please tell me this is just an evap line?

I find the first response very unresponsive to be honest so if there’s a faint line within the time I’d err toward def ++

Big hugs and best wishes to you. Very difficult situation

Do they lines have colour in them? I've had grey lines with FRER before when I wasn't pregnant. Clearblue have an early detection digital now that is 10 miU sensitivity. It gave me a positive on 10dpo. Worth getting one of those if you can.

I just purchased 4 FRERS ( completely obseesed) and did one (for fun!) on day 8 of my cycle today. got same faint line as yours. I know for a fact I am sadly not pregnant as I had full blown period and feel I am coming closer to ovulation. I had sooo many faint false positives with FRER, not sure why I bother.anyway I'd say given its extremely faint its unlikely that it is true positive.

@Shock123 There are some horrendous pics on the Amazon reviews for those blue Clearblue tests with false positives that look similar to yours so I think the fact the pink dye is completely negative is a good sign, but I'd want to do another pink dye tomorrow or the day after to see what was going on. Really wish they would just stop making those blue dye tests. They're a nightmare for dye runs, evaps, grey lines, and just generally being crap.

That’s bonkers at the price of tests!

@Bananarama37 Get a big bag of the One Step cheapies! They're like £7 for 50 and I've always had my first BFP on those and then buy a FRER. FRERs are nutty price for speculative weeing. Get yourself a big ol bag of cheapies and pee with reckless abandon.

OP, there is literally no point you doing a digital test tonight.

They have less than a fifth of the sensitivity of a FRER. They’re for people who are already getting the equivalent of a solid line on a FRER.

What you have is either an early squinter, a chemical or a test anomaly. It will categorically not show as positive tonight on a digi, even if it goes on to darken in the coming days.

You might as well pee on a tenner and any reassurance it gives you will be false.

You need to compare using FRER over the next couple of days to see if it gets darker.

I can see why yo7 think it's positive. I had lines like that at 8dpo and they are 12 and 14 years old now 😆

@JetRocket, I had one similar to this and I was pregnant, but it only lasted 14 weeks (sadly for me as I desperately wanted another child). My sister had had exactly the same, and when I showed her my result she said “just don’t get too invested, you may not be able to hang onto it”, and she was right - I guess the (very non-scientific) logic being that a weak result equals a less viable foetus.

Sorry, I know that’s cold comfort, but if it’s an unwanted pregnancy it may not be destined to come to fruition anyway.

@JetRocket

I’ve had the implant for approx 2-3 months, got it after my now 4.5 month old was born. I even waited an extra week past when they said to, just to be extra safe!

It came up within the 3 minutes and is somewhat obvious but you have to look for it, if that makes sense. I’ve just taken a second with a fresh sample.

Apologies to anyone who may be struggling, I can’t imagine how frustrating threads like this must be… but I feel like I’m drowning with my 2 under 2 as it is and I just don’t know how I’d manage a third. There’s a reason I got the implant.

If your apology is because of what I said, please don't! You're as entitled to be concerned as I am to hope my frozen embryo transfer works. We all have our own battles.

So sorry I misread!

@JetRocket bare in mind with those faint FRER lines a digital might not be sensitive enough to pick up a pregnancy! See if you can get a few more FRER from a different batch (to make sure not a bad batch) and take in 2 days to see if it's any stronger. Definitely mention to doctor obviously as the implant can end up with complications! Hope you're feeling okay 🌺

Look positive to me. Hope you get the result you want OP. If it helps I’ve had 2 under 2 and felt that way in the early days but it gets much easier (now 2.5 and 13 months).

@SudokuWillNotSaveYou

It’s a VERY faint line. If you’re already late or your period is due, it might be a chemical pregnancy. But either way, you know your body best and you need to speak to someone as soon as possible if you’re pregnant because the implant puts you at much higher risk of pregnancy issues that could be dangerous, such as an ectopic pregnancy.

Also, does the attached image help you see it *@StealthPolarBear*?

I never see the line on these tests 😳

All those tests look negative to me. I hope you get the result you want later this evening OP

Surely those lines are a little too far apart? Rather than speculating you need to do one in a couple of days time, in the morning mid stream first pee, maybe with a different type of test to get a definite result
