Been feeling ‘pregnant’ all week, same muscle issues, gas and general exhaustion as my other pregnancy’s. Assumed I was mental as I have the implant and 2 under 2 at home already.

Took a first response tonight just to put my mind at ease and there is a very faint pink line. It’s clearer in person but these are the best pics I can get without natural light!

I think they look much like the nasty indents people have been recently getting with FRERs hun! I'd wait a couple of days and try a different brand xxx

JetRocket · 14/10/2021 19:08

With both my others I had symptoms by the time the tests started showing faint positive. Gas was the main one Blush

Looks negative to me.

duckme · 14/10/2021 19:09

I didn't see anything in the first picture, but instantly saw the lines in the second one.

U2HasTheEdge · 14/10/2021 19:10

Yeah, they look like indents, not positive tests.

MintyGreenDream · 14/10/2021 19:11

Negative imo

PumpkinsandTea · 14/10/2021 19:11

Try an Ovulation test. They detect pregnancy and are much much more sensitive than pregnancy tests. It's how I found out I was pregnant!

You are DEFINITELY pregnant! Congratulations!
user64323 · 14/10/2021 19:13

I can see the lines but they are too far over from where a positive should be. I wonder if anyone else can post a positive frer to compare placement. Can you feel the implant in your arm? The tiny amount of implant failures are from them not being inserted properly. If you can feel it, it's in and working.

JetRocket · 14/10/2021 19:13

DH is spooked and going to go get a digital one once the toddler is down whilst I put baby down.

I know it won’t be definitive but it might bring us a bit of peace just tonight at least. I’m at the docs tomorrow for something else so I’m gonna ask about the implant/ possible pregnancy and see if I can maybe get a blood test.

Morgan12 · 14/10/2021 19:14

Looks positive! Are you going to take the digital one tonight?

Shock123 · 14/10/2021 19:14

These are ovulation test I have took to over last few days as some one says they pic it up to

SirVixofVixHall · 14/10/2021 19:16

They do look positive OP, but as they are so faint you need to test again.

Shock123 · 14/10/2021 19:18

Hi yes I can feel it stil it’s been in for 7 month this is my second one in had chemical Beginning of the year with my old one still in date, haven’t had bleeding since feb had spotting 2 /3 weeks ago and just felt tired all day so took test

Bluepop09 · 14/10/2021 19:22

I can defo see lines on both, but as they're so faint at the moment a digital might not pick it up as they're not as sensitive.

SunsetSmartmeter · 14/10/2021 19:26

@JetRocket I can rarely see these things either but the line in the first image of your second set of photos is undeniable.

Good luck, whatever the future holds Thanks

Saoirse82 · 14/10/2021 19:29

I see the lines too and it would be unusual to get evap lines on both tests but depending how many dpo you are it could possibly be a chemical. My initial lines looked like evap lines but I knew they weren't because they were on every test I took. If the lines are that light on a frer I probably wouldn't expect it to show up on a digital with the weeks indicator just yet but I think you can buy a more sensitive digital now which just tells you whether you're pregnant or not. Good luck Flowers

CustardGoodJamGoodMeatGood · 14/10/2021 19:32

By those second pictures, I would say you are pregnant. Wait until the morning and do another FRER with FMU, you should know for definite then.

Wink182 · 14/10/2021 19:32

Indents are popular with the FRERs. I had one the other day, dipped same sample with another FRER and it was bfn, so not a chemical. Wait a few days and try again but highly unlikely you’re pregnant on an implant.

Idontlike · 14/10/2021 19:33

That’s what I’m thinking.
hotmeatymilk · 14/10/2021 19:36

Your eggo is preggo.
Your braino is broke-o.

Techno56 · 14/10/2021 19:38

I had lines like this, absolutely terrified me, digitals were negative. I wasn't pregnant (confirmed by blood test) later read reviews of these on Amazon and lots of people were getting this faint line.

JetRocket · 14/10/2021 19:43

DH has gone to get tests, just left but yes will take some more tonight.

My being pregnant would make sense for how I’ve felt this week but I really hope I’m not. DH is on the waiting list to have the snip we are that confident we only wanted 2!

I have no idea at all where my cycle is. I’ve not had a period since giving birth and wasn’t tracking as obvs wasn’t TTC

@Shock123 wow!!! Well congrats?? Your post terrifies me, obviously it can happen on the implant.

OP posts:
TheGriffle · 14/10/2021 19:43

Op can you still feel the implant in your arm? It’s highly unlikely you’d be pregnant on the implant it has a less than 1% failure rate so the most likely option is it wasn’t inserted correctly/at all.
