Thankyou! It's the Rust-o-Leum All Purpose Paint in Emerald Green. It goes on so well and contains Primer so you don't need to sand the furniture down. I only needed 2 coats to cover the dark wood and it's touch dry really quickly.

So many lovely rooms on here and all so different. We went dark and I find it very cosy. Wallpaper is William Morris Pure Willow. Just been done recently so need some artwork for the walls now.

Cam22. Mine is a 1960s rented council flat. It’s damp, cold and draughty. And yes Its totally characterless. But after being made homeless and left in masses of debt by abusive ex I was bloody grateful for it. Sorry if it’s not to your taste.

They’re plantation shutters, we ordered through a local company (North West).
Took around 14 weeks to come but they are so worth it x

We had shutters fitted to 2 of our road facing bedrooms & after shopping around went with Shuttermaster they offerred the best price -fitted within the timeframe & over a year later we are still delighted & considering more elsewhere if that is any help

Its lovely, very clean looking very tidy too. Been homeless myself it sucks.
My home is a bit frayed around the edges, I'm doing it bit by bit. It's a never ending task. Mine is very eclectic because I get stuff given or find stuff (as I said earlier) I'm doing all the DIY myself and as I'm a bit disabled it's slow. Take care of yourself.

@Tuesdayschildisfairofface - I loved how calm, clean and restful your room was as I read through the thread. But I’ve really enjoyed seeing all the rooms and also loved one that was all Victorian looking and full of things. Obviously not all the rooms match my personality but they are so well put together and grown up and it’s obvious they are loved,. You’ve all got clear ideas of how you want them to look and you can all place a cushion beautifully! Thank you for sharing your photos.
