Currently in the process of redecorating my bedroom and itching for inspiration. Would MN be ever so kind to show me their bedroom so I can pinch ideas be inspired by their room? Thanks

All these gorgeous bedrooms and I share with my 9 year old so no room for anything but the beds

Since I chose the decor of the rest of the house DH got to choose our bedroom so it is black wallpaper (with a grey print on top so not too full on) with white fitted wardrobes and a dark grey carpet. It's not my favourite room but I've added green lamps and lampshade and it is nice enough. Will add some art when I get a chance to add more colour.

This is ours before we moved in and we've done nothing except plonk in a superking with 6ft high forest green headboard which doesn't go with the 70s style at all, so following with interest!!

This is mine. Ignore the pile of books. That’s my ‘to be read’ pile!

Linen white walls. Very dark grey carpet and curtains. Oak furniture. I like it plain so I can change the colour scheme with bedding and cushions etc.

I really like that - you just need a shag rug, hanging egg chair and some orange floor lamps - beautiful

Currently in the process of redecorating our dodgy dungeon porno bedroom (complete with previous owner's wall and ceiling hooks ) so no photos yet.

We're doing f&b Jitney walls with off-white skirting and window trim. We've bought a bed that is similar to the one attached but genuine antique and we already have some similar bedside tables DH is staining to match. No idea what to do for curtains.

My little goth heart is fighting against the pale but black walls are not very welcoming.

Wow, some lovely pics on this thread. I think mine needs redoing!!! Question to all of you with pretty cushions on your beds - are they there just for decoration (so you put them ok when you make the bed and take them off to sleep)? Or do you somehow sleep with them?

Serious bedroom envy. I like them all from the neutral to the bold.
Mine is a shit tip. Clothes in piles everywhere; mismatching furniture; and the floor is plywood because we took up dark blue flattened shag pile belonging to the previous owners and can’t afford to replace it. One day!

Some of these rooms are so lovely.
Also some really gorgeous windows! So envious.
I don't even have a bedroom.
I am so sick of sleeping on the floor, on a futon.
In Japan.
I want a real bed and a real bedroom again!
I am working on it.
And then I'll post my own photo!

Just had ours renovated; replicated to this but lighter greys instead of browns

Am I the only one who hates clutter? some of the posted rooms make me a bit stressed - so much going on there.

I feel so calm when everything is minimalistic.
