Love these threads and I am a nosy cow!

I'll start. Despite the very rainy day, it has been a Busy morning of ferrying kids to activities, then home to wash school uniforms and make dinner which I have now done.

DH doing some work on his laptop in the bedroom, kids x2 on enforced mini nap due to business of this morning

I will now take a quick shower then relax in front of TV-prob Netflix, whilst I research secondary schools for eldest.

What about you........

Son is playing a phone game, Daughter and DP are cuddled together while he plays a video game and I am flitting between internet and budgeting out this months expenses.

I'm doing a jigsaw on the kitchen table. DH is reading out the footy results.
Fish pie in the oven. Ritter rum, raisin and hazelnut chocolate for pudding.

Curry cooking on the stove (chicken rogan josh and a prawn korma). I'm having a g&t watching The Hit List, fire is lit, dh is playing a new mmo that came out recently, ed is on her laptop feeling ick and yd is up in her bedroom painting and probably listening to a horror podcast.
It feels sad not including ds in this as he moved out 3 weeks ago to live with his gf, but knowing him he is probably either playing a computer game or writing his book.

DP is making dinner, my son is with me on the sofa playing Roblox on the iPad. I’m watching TV, waiting for Strictly Come Dancing to come on

Both DH and I have tested positive for the plague, so we've had a quiet one. Feeling a bit better today so have managed to do some Lego with the kids and ordered a pizza, which we ate in bed. Self isolating now until Wednesday, but hoping to feel well enough to get some light house jobs done in the next few days as we are running low on pants!

DH and I both have COVID so the teenagers are being left to it until next Friday. We're ordering a curry . I've just opened a "medicinal" bottle of wine as I am fed up but I'm not enjoying the taste of it. The miserable weather isn't helping and neither is the fact that we should have been on a nice weekend away with extended family this weekend. .

15 year old is glued to Fortnite in the other room, as he has been for the past 2 weeks since having an operation. He's tested negative on PCR twice, even with a cough, so he'll be going back to school on Monday. Not sure how that should be allowed but who am I to tell Boris?

17 year old is stuck in his room and having to do most of the cooking. Luckily he's not bad at it at all.

All a bit meh......

Full of a cold (not Rona). Been circulating between sofa (so animals are not completely abandoned for the weekend), bed (for sleeping) and a very steamy shower for clearing of mucus. Managed to make it through work all week, but now my CPD I need to do is untouched.

Gardening all morning before rain. Pub lunch of homemade pie and English ale. Now settled down in front of fire (yes a fire - it’s raining) waiting for strictly. Bottle of red has been opened. Cosy.

Have been out mountain biking in the cold and rain today so I can justify a lazy evening in. Have sorted lots of washing to make me feel extra virtuous! Watching Despicable Me 3 on TV (I’m 39!), have just poured a glass of wine and am deciding what to order from the Indian takeaway. Will try to watch Strictly later too.

DP away for the weekend, DD poorly and asleep on top of me in a tutu and wellies, I’m wondering how/when to get her up to bed, she’s slept most of the day but hasn’t eaten since lunchtime.

A bottle of wine and a takeaway burrito was supposed to be my solo Saturday night treat but suspect I’ll have DD in my bed early doing that “wake if I leave” thing so I’m surreptitiously eating cake over her head and combing out the crumbs with a nit comb.

Smallest DC is sleeping, I'm scrolling MN while eldest falls asleep. DH I think is chilling on the sofa, but little does he know, I'm turfing him out into the rain soon to the chippy

DS is testing how well Roblox works on the new computer DH has been setting up all day
DH is now cooking something that smells amazing, creamy tomato chicken pasta type thing.
It's rained all day so stayed in and caught up on all the things I'd put off in the week. Feeling cosy and content.

Been pouring down all day,not left the house.

Dog doesn't want to go out coz of the rain so I am letting him tire himself out by shagging his bed

Dh is making tea, ds1 is alledgedly doing homework and ds2 is just back from theatre club and is rehearsing his audition piece in his bedroom. Im drinking tea, ordering dh's birthday present, farting around on MN and trying to motivate myself to go and sort the washing.

Sat on sofa with DH he's watching Netflix and I'm on MN, kids are upstairs playing in their rooms together. Waiting for Chinese to be delivered, a nice cheer me up takeaway as I've been ill all day with a stinking cold

DH has just given the baby a bath and is putting her down for a nap, I'm downstairs having a glass of wine with the dog curled up at my feet. We've got a beef casserole cooking in the oven along with some homemade bread, just hoping DD will nap long enough for us to eat it

Just driving back from soft play and tea with DS2. We had all you can eat Chinese buffet.
DS had a swimming lesson this morning and we had a nap at lunchtime. DS will go straight to bed when we get home and DH will watch a film.
Although I’ll be watching the back of my eyelids by 9pm.

We spent several hours deep cleaning the house to prepare for visitors next week. We're now waiting for our sushi order to arrive, which we'll eat while watching far too many episodes of Grey's Anatomy. Coffee cake for dessert.

I've been out to the garage and brought in some wood and other fire paraphanalia and I'm watching a very violent Die Hard film! The makings of a chicken curry are in a pan getting acquainted and I'm also looking through the football results, a good day.

Adult dc are down the pub in the village, DH has gone to a gig (playing, not watching) and I'm on my tod, watching Midsomer Murders, cooking a massive pizza all for me and the cats are lounging about in furry humps making the place look untidy.

We’re relaxing waiting for dinner after a morning of hacking (and daughter taking her first canter and tumble), bargain hunting in Home Bargains (2.99 Yankee candle knock off) and Smyths Toys burning a hole in pocket money savings.

Dinner is herb roasted chicken thighs, lemons, olives and feta.

Library, visited grandma, a few puzzles and stove tv time. Just doing bedtime then it will be wine and a movie here!
