I know not everyone will be watching but just interested to see the consensus.

I.e. at home, at a friends house or party, a fan zone, a pub, Wembley etc.

I'll either be at home or just going to a friends. There'd probably be a lot more in pubs if not for the restrictions. Having to book etc will put people off (and it being a Sunday night).

I don't think they were the best team. They pulled a few dirty moves, that they didn't get penalised for, imo.

@3Britnee

Unfortunately this is the “beautiful” game that is football. VAR was brought in to stop the dirty gamesmanship and generally ungentlemanly cheating when the referee is not looking. The game has cleaned up massively over the years as sporting spirit is more important with fair play being a thing supposedly. There is less fakery performative diving and dirty tackling than before. Italy were better on the night and we did deserve runner up spot with much satisfaction beating Germany with ease. We evidently can’t score from twelve yards under pressure away from the training ground.

That should have been a red card 3brit

The throttling one

"yous" ??

@RufustheBadgeringReindeer

The throttling one
He wasn't the last man, and it didn't deny a clear goalscoring opportunity, so not a red.

Thanks for explaining, we were discussing that last night

Still think it should have been a red card…whether its the rules or not 😀

It's not very honourable behaviour, is it. Not very sportsmanlike. I can't find the right word.
