To hope someone can help me to remember this early 90s cartoon?

I first tried to remember this animated series about 20 years ago, and I think of it every few years but get nowhere. Googling never throws up the right programme, and you're about to realise why: I recall almost nothing about it

Here's what I recall:

CITV
Very early 90s, maybe late 80s but I'm fairly sure it's 90 something.
Theme tune reminded me of Ordinary World by Duran Duran
Animated
Set on an island/group of islands
Opening credits are an aerial view of the island (s)

It is not Charlie Chalk or Cockleshell Bay. It probably wasn't very long-lived.

I'm not holding out much hope, and appreciate that's not much to go on. Please help me to lay this to rest!

There was one like a floating island of some sort. But I think the theme tune was different to ordinary world.

For some reason I remember is as going ulyseeeeees no one else can do the things he do. Which clearly is grammatically incorrect.

Anyway my guess is watoo watoo because no one ever remembers is. In fact I’m not even sure if I dreamt it!

I have no idea on the tv show, but today I learned that Charlie Chalk was a cartoon character on TV, not just the mascot for the kids play area at the local pub when I was a child!
