To have treated myself, what’s your fave perfume?

Got a refund for a cancelled holiday and spent a little bit of it on a perfume I’ve been eyeing up as a “sorry you aren’t going to Amsterdam” present to myself. It is Lancôme La VIe est Belle Soleil Cristal and it is Devine! My new favourite. What is your favourite perfume?

My favourite is discontinued but it was Yves Saint Laurent Noble Leather.

Lost Cherry by Tom Ford or Cerruti 1881 for everyday. Both are wonderful.

Chanel Gabrielle for special occasions.
Dior J'adore for general outings.
Clinique Happy for work.

CK one and CK be are now in ‘timeless classics’ category I think ? They’re beautiful and not try hard, such a fresh and uplifting fragrance Most CK fragrances are good actually though I don’t personally like obsession

Spanglybangles what does velvet orchid smell like ? I was tempted to buy it instead but didn’t because I’ve never smelled it before, can you describe it?

Everyday favourite is Eau de Camille by Annick Goutal. Now sadly discontinued, but i have a reasonable stock of it.
For special occasions, Vert de Fleur by Tom Ford, reminiscent of Balmain's Vent Vert, a gorgeous green, herby fragrance my late DM used to wear in the 50s and 60s. But like most TF scents, it costs £££.

Green Chanel chance and Jo malone English pear and freesia. Whenever I put them on I smile I just love them

I like Victor&Rolf Spicebomb but I don’t wear perfume much...I think it evaporates faster than I use it! Technically a man’s scent but I like spicy, earthy scents.

I loved the original Calvin Klein eternity, but the current version is just flat and disappointing. Does anyone know of a perfume reminiscent of the original? I miss it!

Tom Ford, Rose Prick

Dolce and Gabbana - Light Blue for daytime and Sicily (sadly discontinued ) for night. I say discontinued but there is a new version available at almost £200 .
I also like Calyx by Clinique - may be discontinued but I have stocks of it, Blood Orange by Shay & Blue and some fragrances from M&S that are surprisingly nice but don't last long smell wise.

Up to now Nina Ricci (red bottle) but I get bored easily and will no doubt have a new favourite soon 🙄

I love Gucci Rush, Alien, Agent Provocateur and Romance by Ralph Lauren (my wedding perfume).

I used to love Ghost, but my husband always said it reminded him of trees!

I quite like Angel for a night out too, athough it's quite overpowering!

I also had a free sample of Coach, which was heavenly.
