Can be lighthearted or heavy.

Mine is doing the packed lunches. Fucking hate it, especially those stupid Sistema lunchboxes with the compartments that nothing fits in Grin not my best ever purchase

You?

Dog hair. Two Labradors. Wouldn't 'change them for the world' 🙄

Chimboo · 26/04/2021 22:21

Daddy long legs shudders why do they follow me, divebomb my face and want to get stuck in my hair. Oh I can’t bear them
🤢

stuckinagut · 26/04/2021 22:24

Another vote here for loading/unloading the dam dishwasher. I know its a vast improvement over the days when we didn't have one, and I would spend 20 minutes just hand washing baby bottles, plastic spoons and baby crap, before I started the days washing up, BUT, somehow a machine that only does a portion of the job is a new irritance.

Oh and barking dogs, seem to be surrounded by badly kept dogs who are always barking, howling. The other day, I was feeling quite pleased that I'd taken the DCs out for a lovely walk without any dogs nearby, only to be harrassed walking the 100 yards back to our house by the neighbours chihuahua/rat thing that had escaped and was making a complete pain in the arse of itself running across roads, barking at everything. I enjoyed using my ultrasonic bark deterrant that day Grin

Anything shrink wrapped in cellophane. Makes me feel quite claustrophobic trying to open it (not to mention VERY bad tempered)

PleaseReferToMeAsBritneySpears · 26/04/2021 22:58

Having to accept cookies on every fucking website and that new three click damn annoying fucker on every Google search Angry WTF is that all about?

numberoneson · 26/04/2021 23:05

A set of lying, thieving neighbours who've stolen a lot from me in the past, deliberately left my gates open so horses could get out on the road; stolen 2 pet lambs (the lambs answered my husband's calling and we made them give them back!) and seem to have their eyes on my dogs now .... so I have to lead walk them. Which is boring for the dogs. Angry

They too are evil feckers.

Laundry and meal planning

CauliflowerBalti · 27/04/2021 00:20

Washing my hair. It’s long and requires daily conditioning and I have no desire to stand in the shower for that long.

Applying body lotion. I like the way it makes my skin feels but after all the hair rinsing I’ve run out of self-care.

Right now I’m at the, ‘I didn’t ask for all this hair and skin so why do I have to keep on cleaning it?’ stage of owning a body.

RosesAndHellebores · 27/04/2021 00:27

Wearing a bloody face mask.

Enough4me · 27/04/2021 00:54

OP YABU, I love sistema, ...well it's better than a lot of other tupperware as sealing properly.

I don't like ironingso tumble & shake clothes

pastaparadise · 27/04/2021 01:11

Blocked plugholes. I use a hair catcher thing in the shower, but it still blocks all the time. And in the sink, where i obviously dont put my hair. Wtf. I end up paddling in the shower each week. I dont want to put harsh chemicals down so have dallied with weird hair puller things from fb adverts, which are useless. Then dh put a mix of chemicals down which took the gloss off the bath! Spend far too much time trying to pull out hair and brown gunk which revolts me.

TinselTinsel · 27/04/2021 01:34

Washing the sodding dishes EVERY flipping day! So mundane and the older I get (40) the more I hate doing it lol

Ohhh I sooo wish I had the room for a dishwasher! I'll load and unload your dishwasher if I can add my dishes too Grin
Ohdofuckofdear · 27/04/2021 03:17

Pain, pure and simple physical pain,it means I can barely sleep,I don't eat properly and I now walk like somone who is in they're late 80s and very poorly yet I am only 45 and still have DC living at home.

Without pain for a day I could do in 1 day what will take me serveral weeks to do with pain.

octoberfarm · 27/04/2021 03:41

Type 1 Diabetes. My son and I have it, my second looks like he's going to get it too. It's relentless and I'm exhausted.

On a lighter note, laundry. Is there a bottom to my laundry basket? Will I ever know? Grin

IncorrigibleTitmouse · 27/04/2021 04:05

My endless battle with dog hair.

echt · 27/04/2021 06:00

My dog's current mission to nab the possum that's set up home on my balcony.

tellmetologoffIamaMNaddict · 27/04/2021 06:08

Microsoft. Specifically going from having a Friends and Family account which comes with Office including a One Drive and Skype and can be used to log onto Windows to having a Business account which lets me have Office including Teams ( but not Skype) and doesn't let me log onto Windows and doesn't seem to synch up with my phone. Both are accesses with the same email address and are almost indistinguishable which results in me regularly logging into the wrong one. I have finally managed to request the deletion of my Friends and Family account but it will take 2 months to die and I will then lose my Skype account and have no account for accessing Windows.

I recommend pouring bicarbonate of soda down the plug hole followed by some white vinegar and a kettle or two of boiling water a bit later. I also dislike using harsh chemicals where I can avoid them and have found this works really well.
rozee83 · 27/04/2021 07:21

@Sparklingbrook

Putting the food shopping away. I do online grocery shopping but would quite like someone to put it all away.

Oh and getting the washing off the line. Don't mind hanging it out though.

This. Lol Detest putting the food shop away after hand balling it 3 times already. Off the shelf, onto the belt, off the belt, into the car, out the car. What a waste of life!
CatsnCoffee · 27/04/2021 08:12

The constant cycle of washing, drying and putting away washing.

Always tired until I want to sleep!

My bloody eyebrows. Long, coarse and growing in all directions. If I could change 1 thing about my appearance it would be to have neat, fine and even eyebrows.

Purplealienpuke · 27/04/2021 08:14

Washing up...
Bastarding fucking neighbours! One lot was bad enough, now I have another lot with a howling dog 😡
Housework. I'd love a cleaner, I can't justify it.
I have a kitchen with no drawers... its a rental, I didn't notice before I moved in 🙄
Adult child drama, all the fucking time 😒
Grief
Mental health

For those who have frozen shoulder/s...
I too am hypermobile but this wasn't given as a possible reason for mine. I was told it was having an inoculation. I still don't have a full range of movement 4 years later 😪
I too suffer with dry cracked hands. Antibac really hasn't helped.
I use Argan oil at night, heals in a few days. I also use honey and oat soap where possible at home.
