Can be lighthearted or heavy.

Mine is doing the packed lunches. Fucking hate it, especially those stupid Sistema lunchboxes with the compartments that nothing fits in Grin not my best ever purchase

You?

My hair. Thick. Takes ages to rinse and ages to dry. Having it cut Wednesday. But if I have it too short it grows outwards instead of down.

Jammysod · 25/04/2021 18:09

Yes to packed lunches!! I'm all smug today though as I've already done tomorrow's instead of rushing around in the morning.

Horacetheexplorer · 25/04/2021 18:09

Home printers!

Kenneldogsrock · 25/04/2021 18:10

Cleaning, I fucking hate it. Also, not sleeping.

Scarby9 · 25/04/2021 18:10

Putting the fitted sheet on the mattress. The mattress is too heavy and the sheet is too small.

Thatsnotmyfacemynoseistoobig · 25/04/2021 18:11

My milHmm

unchienandalusia · 25/04/2021 18:12

Putting clothes away. Don't know what it is about that chore but I can't fucking stand it and always put it off till there's so much to do I can't breathe.

Horacetheexplorer · 25/04/2021 18:12

I was going to say washing uniforms and the school run but that all comes to an end this June - whey hey!

TwoBlondes · 25/04/2021 18:13

Dog hair ☹️. She's the most beautiful dog in the world, but moults like mad all year round. I even find it in the freezer.

simbobs · 25/04/2021 18:13

DC that never answer their phones.

Levis501star · 25/04/2021 18:13

The cleaning.

I love a clean house. I know that if I did 15mins a day I could keep on top of it (once a deep clean is done) but I don't then it gets bad. Then I despair, then spend ages, the plan to do a daily top up....

Do I do it ? Do I buggery.

To be fair I'm working full time at home as single parent to two. Job is full on.
I should know better after 6 yrs though 😀

Levis501star · 25/04/2021 18:13

Putting clothes away. Don't know what it is about that chore but I can't fucking stand it and always put it off till there's so much to do I can't breathe.

And putting away clothes !

Pandoraslastchance · 25/04/2021 18:13

It pisses me off that I can't fit 5 plates along my worktop when dishing up meals. Council House (for which I'm eternally grateful) and I cannot afford a a new kitchen.

thecatneuterer · 25/04/2021 18:15

Cat fur. Everywhere. On everything. Always.

BatleyTownswomensGuild · 25/04/2021 18:16

The bloody garden. I'm never on top of it...

DustCentral · 25/04/2021 18:26

Currently doing an extension so ‘dust’ ... my god the dust is never ending!!

Normally, insurance renewals. Ugh

EssentialHummus · 25/04/2021 18:27

The gate at work. It’s one of those huge metal ones that block emergency exits to council estates, that typically the emergency services and refuse collectors. The wheel that holds it up / rolls it along has totally perished, so you basically have to lift it (100kg+...) and scrape it along the ground to open and close it. The highly valuable key that unlocks it can’t be removed while the gate is open. I need to open and close it around 16 times in every three hour period at work.

IntermittentParps · 25/04/2021 18:27

Trying to text/type the word 'coconut'. Always ends up with the word 'cunt' in it somewhere somehow.

TokyoSushi · 25/04/2021 18:28
  • Laundry
  • A dog and a white kitchen floor that's too expensive to replace
OverTheRainbow88 · 25/04/2021 18:28

Laundry

RunHobbitRun · 25/04/2021 18:28

Lighthearted: Cooking of any description. I need to be wealthy enough for a private chef.

Serious: that my parent has MND. It's breaking me Sad

AdaFuckingShelby · 25/04/2021 18:30

Usernames and passwords. Bastard things.

LeoTimmyandVi · 25/04/2021 18:31

I am nodding to most of these - then realised I just hate all aspects of housework! But I love a clean house so just have to get on with cleaning it - sigh!

RandomUsernameHere · 25/04/2021 18:31

Changing super king size duvet cover!

eatsleepread · 25/04/2021 18:31

Oh gosh, how could I possibly have forgotten putting the duvet covers back on. This is absolute purgatory, especially when you have all the beds to do at once.
Actually, I can identify with so many of these.
