To ask you not to judge all Muslims by the actions of the men outside the school

Hi

It shouldn't need saying but...

Please don't judge us all by the actions of a vocal few.

Some have already acknowledged the protesters were mostly if not all angry young men with seemingly nothing better to do. They don't represent all Muslims.

As Batley's late former MP said:
"We are far more united and have far more in common than that which divides us.”

It's not just Bradford though is it?

There were the three gay men killed in Reading, Birmingham the following week, the London Bridge and Houses of Parliament attacks, the Manchester bombing, Rochdale, Oxford and assorted other large scale abuse of young girls, the London tube and bus bombings, the Bataclan and a spate of truck attacks around Europe. Train attacks in Spain and France.

The list goes on and it's always the same people. Did you forget about those?

Very weird that there haven't been any terror attacks during the pandemic. It's enough to make one a conspiracy theorist.

There have been a number of terrorist attacks during the pandemic, including
The attack in a park in Reading,
The beheading of Samuel Paty in Paris
The attack in Vienna

Or do you think it was all a conspiracy set up by secret agents, actors and holograms?

@Hont1986

In Christianity, it is common to have pictures of Jesus, the Virgin Media in your homes. In Islam, it is not permitted.

I can't blame them, we've had no end of trouble with our Virgin Media broadband.

Brilliant :)

Of course all Muslim men aren't the same. I have nothing but respect for Nazir Afzal, the chief prosecutor in grooming gang trials. There are plenty of other Muslim men who balance their religion with modern, Western society, and don't hold views about women that we left behind in the distant past. The men outside the Batley school have acted like thugs.

If the rabble rousers feel so strongly about their religion, they could aim their protests at the real abuse of Muslims that is going on in China.

Terror has gone down massively in the pandemic, world wide.

Very, very suspicious.

JamesMiddletonsMarshmallows · 29/03/2021 11:32

Why is it suspicious that terrorist attacks have gone down?

  • it's risky enough to congregate as terrorists in a normal world, even harder to when all congregation is suddenly illegal
  • materials are likely harder to procure
  • the point of terrorism to to have an impact on the masses. Hard to make an impact when there are NO masses
Erkrie · 29/03/2021 11:40

Indeed. I believe the alert level has now been raised in the UK in anticipation of lockdown coming to an end, due to potential increased radicalisation risks online during the pandemic, and as people start to gather again.

Utter bollocks.

It is the same with all the misandry here about men because of the actions of the minority.

Where's the misandry? Acknowledging that men, are men, and almost exclusively commit acts of terrorism isn't misandry
Mittens030869 · 29/03/2021 16:52

We do not know what this picture was. As far as I am aware there is no blasphemy law in the UK. If the teacher was not a practicing and declared Muslim then he is not bound by Muslim law and can show what pictures he likes as long as they don't breach UK law.

The problem is that Islamists’ stated aim is to enforce Sharia Law the world over and require everyone to submit. Hence why they believe that they’re justified in killing ‘Infidels’.

They don’t care that their terrorist acts kill more Muslims than non Muslims the word over.

woodhill · 29/03/2021 16:56

I think eventually this maybe the case unfortunately
