To petition for the eradication of Javelin Arse

I don’t know who to petition. The government? God/ess/deity, the EU?

I’ve just been to the supermarket and I was looking forward to browsing being outside my house for an leisurely hour or so when I got the worst Javelin Arse I’ve ever experienced. It literally winded me. With nowhere to sit down I ran around sweating and nauseated and ran back to the car to sit it out. It should be high on the list of afflictions to be eradicated (lighthearted obviously)

YABU - Woman up and deal with it
YANBU - It’s the worst pain

I used to get this a lot but don't think I have for a while now - wonder if its because I'm peri menopausal? It's a fucking bastard.

I get this, but it goes as soon as I pass wind. Thought it was maybe related to IBS?

Where is the pen? I'm signing right now.

(whispering: haven't had it for a while but oh, it is the worst. especially when it dares to strike when we are being amorous. Instant mood killer.)

Not calling it into being!

I’d love hear from the 7% who think IABU.

Clearly they’ve never had JA or empathy

I've had this for years and still do (49)

I've experimented with pain relief and can say that having a wee does help but the thing that makes it stop is going on your back, hugging your knees and rolling back and forth. (Not side to side)

I guess as you roll onto your bottom it must somehow relief the cramping going on but it works for me.

The old pee and roll routine Grin

Do men get J.A too, does anyone know?
I think I did know a man years ago who mentioned it, fleetingly.

Yes they do, maybe they talk about it amongst themselves , but DH has suffered from it on occasion

Oh good! Grin

Yes I get these. The pain wakes you up in the night. Body relaxation helps, as it does for any cramp.
