Yes the guy lost his mother in a tragic way at a young age. (So have many) Yes he was forced out into the public eye in the middle of grief (which was horrific at the time and worse on reflection) BUT he is now an adult man with a family and access to life of extreme privilege yet he cannot seem to realise that him publically complaining about his lot in life and telling the rest of us how to behave is distasteful. Also, the petulant way he seems to communicate with the media is just undelining his immaturity and lack of awareness. By which I mean, the potshots in statements and rapping with James Corden and his pathetic man of the people schtick. If you want to be Hazzer give up your title and STFU!

No-one's bothered so I'm off outside again with a cup of tea to avoid thinking about two perfectly happy people living their lives in some disputed part of the LA municipal area. Now, about the list. That first one has been promised - the donation to the anti-bullying charity - but hasn't actually happened yet as Meghan's settlement hasn't been agreed yet in that case. The hearing for it is this coming week, I believe. Let's hope there is actually a settlement to donate, since Harry ended up out of pocket on his recent court case, even though he won, because his own legal costs were so high that the judge refused to accept them.

Couldn't agree more on the ridiculous geography discussion - can I point out though that it was @JingsMahBucket who started accusing people of deliberately perpetuating a lie that they lived in LA when they didn't! I imagine most people, me included, don't know their Californian geography all that well. It's not a go at H&M.

This is one of the biggest problems around mental health. So many ignorant people think that people who are privileged, rich, have happy families, good relationships or secure jobs can’t suffer from mental health problems. They can and they do. So the more Prince Harry, Meghan, Prince William, Kate etc talk about it the better for everybody else.

Agreed, I did think it was a bit tone deaf how William has decided to make mental health one of his two pet causes, along with climate change.

Anyone, whether they are entitled or as poor as a church mouse, can suffer from poor mental health. This is the type of stigma and perception we need to eradicate (and I think William, Kate, Harry & Meghan have done very well to highlight over the years).
