Definitely log it with 101. Definitely what the service is for. It will definitely help them build up a picture of criminal activity in your neighbourhood.

Just think,you might be providing the last piece of the puzzle. You'll probably end up with some sort of national community safety award.

@Ifonly86 - I have a house on a noisy road with rubbish neighbours. That aside I cannot afford to sell unless I can afford the lovely detached house in the catchment area of a great school with a huge south facing garden. Could you offer me £xxx over the odds ?

You need to have nosey busy busy neighbours one side, and noisy the other, if you truly want to fit in.

Also, if there's any bin drama, that helps as a bonus.
