but I use a eye level grill to cook them , it is gas and gets hotter on one side than it does on the other ( very outing I may have to ask for my post to be deleted ) Its ignition doesnt work so I use a blue cooker lighter to light it

Make a gluten-free, vegan casserole.
With only a few changes.
It's easy, just swap the bread for a carrot,an onion, leeks and a tin of tomatoes.
Swap the sausages for lentils, everyone has those in their store cupboard. Any colour will do. Green or red is best.
water down the brown sauce and use it as a stock base.
Simple!
