If so, why and who is your favourite character.

I love it!! I also that love that its co written by father and son who play David and Johnny in real life and starla in the diner is David’s real life sister!

Fave character is Johnny I love him.

We watched the first episode- dh, ds and ds girlfriend. We all agreed it was sh*t.

I watched the whole bloody thing kept waiting for it to ‘click’ with me for me to care. I stayed for Bob for Stevie and alexis. I could not stand David - what an insufferable selfish tiring character ! Hmmm

Actually Alexia was all of those things too but she made me laugh repeatedly.

The person who said "you can't judge in 20 mins" - glad I did. Doesn't sound like the core elements of what I disliked about it became any different.

LOVED it! Moria and David are my favourites. Have you watched this? Made me cry.

Love it! I like all the characters (Moira and David most of all), and Alexis definitely grew on me. I enjoy all the little moments throughout the series of each of them appreciating their new life over their old one. Actually has me laughing out load at stupid, random bits. Moira's laugh when told to plant her own peonies, or when she's told that Alexis has lice and just responds with 'Ew' and asking if Jonny's shaved Alexis' head. Made funnier as the kids are adults.

Only person I'm not so keen on is Patrick - when the actor sort of whisper talks at the end of his sentences to make his point. I think it must be hard playing David's partner, as he is such a strong character, but it does my head in.

Loved Moira the best. I liked it overall but it got a bit self indulgent and not so funny towards the end I thought. Patrick and Twyla v boring characters as well.

It's probably a show you "get" or don't my eldest hates it she finds it really annoying .

I've just started watching it, halfway through season 2 but not getting it. Will carry on as it's an easy watch, so hope it improves for me.

I definitely started watching, gave up, then started watching again and fell in love with it. Stick with it!

We really had to persevere for most of the 1st series, as so many said it was great but we didn't get it 😂

V glad we did. David is favourite, love the interactions between him, Alexis and Stevie.

We love Schitts Creek.

One of my favourite characters is Ronnie, she’s so dry and quick.

Currently rewatching this and enjoying it even more the second time around!

Moira is my favourite (love her outfits and she is hilarious) closely followed by David.

The first episode isn't enough!

I watched five seasons and my impression didn’t improve. It was absolute drivel. Characters completely unendearing and storylines weak at best.

I'm half way through series 2 and I don't know if I'm going to continue. It seems to be just one "fish out of water" joke and they don't seem to be acclimatising to their situation in any way even after weeks and weeks. I don't really understand why they are still in a motel either. I sometimes put it on because I think it must get better because everyone says it's great but it hasn't got funny or original yet. If anything, every episode is a bit samey.
