@TheSoapyFrog haha this is me, “bebe” I am constantly pronouncing it that way now and it’s driving my partner crazy 😜 I can’t help myself, think he might leave me😂 Also I love all the characters, thoroughly enjoying the show, the comedic timing is spot on and the acting is brilliant. I am on the final season and just watched the episode where the crows have been released at moria’s premier caw caw haha I will be sad when it comes to an end. I think looking back, at first alexis annoyed me slightly with all her hand movements/gestures, which I grown to love and her character development how much she’s changed and her fantastic performance of a little bit alexis 😂 I have actually binged watched the entire show, only started it a week and half ago and that’s me on the final season. Would highly recommend the show but I know it won’t be everyone’s cuppa tea.

Moira...with her 'bebe' & affected pronunciations...so funny with her girls (wigs) & her clothes are just wow...

I thought it wasn't my cup of tea at first but in the nick of time something had me laughing...& anything that makes me laugh is gold in this lockdown...

You can't judge a 6 season TV series on the first 20 minutes! Had you stuck with it you might have realised that these "spoiled idiots" were about to embark on a journey of self discovery that resulted in them realising how much they loved each other

I loved all 4 Roses.

I had to make several attempts to get through season 1 but after that was hooked.

That pivotal speech by Johnny in the restaurant with their old friends brought a tear to my eye.

I want to get this sleepsuit in tribute to moira’s “bebe” haha

I know what you mean at the beginning I was thinking hmm not sure about this and I heard it had won so many awards ? But a couple episodes in and I was hooked. Going take my time finishing the last of season 6. (Who am I kidding will probably be done in a day or two).

Love it, and had been told by my friend that it was a slow burn, but to stick with.

The first episode is completely unindicative of the rest of the season/show.

I love them all, but Moira probably edges it for me. No-one in our house pronounces any way other than bébé now.

The ‘fish out of water’ plot isn’t original, but the show itself is.

It’s so refreshingly sweet and accepting.

Loved it, although it did take a second watch and a few episodes to get into for me. Moira’s my favorite. Best scene is when she sings Danny Boy at the funeral

I also love Annie Murphy’s description of Alexis’s signature hand gesture - a T-Rex playing honky tonk 🦖

My favourite show. DH says David reminds him of of me in too many ways, which probably isn't a compliment but I love David so I'm fine with that! Also love Alexis, they both make me belly laugh

We loved it! Some great lines and something different to watch. It satisfies on so many levels - the proper character development, intelligent writing, witty, gets "people" right even though the premise is so outlandish. One of the best thigs weve watched this last year.

I was originally put off by the name, and yes told to watch more than the first episode - and so glad we did. 🥰

I loved Moira and kept watching just for her parts. But I found it pretty boring overall, especially the love interest storylines. I got through two seasons and then gave up.

Love it. Hilarious. David is undoubtedly my favourite but they’re all brilliant. Lighthearted, warm and genuinely funny...perfect viewing at the moment. We’re in season 4.

At the risk of stating the obvious, since most Schitt’s fans already know this - but they are actually father and son (plus Twyla - sister/daughter).

Eugene/Johnny isn’t getting much loving on this thread, but he is fab, too.

And gotta love Roland for sheer grimness factor, reminiscent of his Something About Mary role.

And Moira is the Mom from Home Alone.
