The living room looks like they put sofas in a long corridor, the kitchen is not too bad, but it is a really odd house (and ugly)

Bedroom 5 looks normal on plan but measurements say 1.2 metres wide!

I feel sure that must be a typo if you look at its dimensions compared to others on the floor plan

I don't like baths or toilets in the bathroom but actually the whole house was fairly hideous so it wasn't the only thing that put me off!

The dog toy in the dining room with the rug is the only thing that makes the house look lived in.

The layout is pretty bad. Big house but looks cluttered.

The whole layout is weird, wasted space too and no family bathroom, just a tiny shower room. An architect could improve the flow of the building big time

The whole house is a bit WTF. I've never understood open plan bathrooms, toilet smells and steam from the bath can't be good in a bedroom?? Not to mention sharing it as a double room.

Just because there's a loo on the floor plan doesn't actually mean there is one? Estate Agents aren't renowned for accuracy. This one for example hasn't included a picture of bedroom 3, just used bedroom 2 from another angle and labelled it 3.

I think building regulations do not allow toilets in any rooms apart from bathrooms. So this plan should not have been approved. I suppose the bath in the bedroom might be permissible but it seems weird to me.

It looks a cold house to me.

The garden is the only good thing about that house. It needs a new architect, demolishing ans rebuilding. What a hideous monstrosity.

The thing, which strikes me the most is paying a million for a house, which is less than a meter from the road, on a bend and has a very small plot for the house size.

To me, it looks as though the people have done it up with more money than sense. Then realised they have overspent and run out of money as the upper floors are very ordinary in comparison to the wow of the downstairs or the the gardens.... albeit downstairs has a very strange configuration. What surely should be the front door has a sofa in front of it in the long, family room.

I thought that too. There doesn’t appear room to park more than one car properly. On the video it shows a similar shaped house nearby. Is it a aspirational developer build?
