Once covid is nothing but a speck on the horizon obviously.

We could have cheeky Wine and picky bits.

And when you come in, they could give you a big buzzer button to be used later in the night during the live AIBU session where people take to the stage and do performed readings of their problems.

I’ll wander round shouting “Classics” randomly at people.

JM10 · 23/01/2021 11:17
@JM10 come on, Birdie Friend already knows...
Silly me, of course he does

Nicolastuffedone · 23/01/2021 11:19

I need plenty of warning. I am a high earner (6 figures) in a stressful job within a niche industry, I may be travelling abroad for work.....

CrotchBurn · 23/01/2021 11:25

@Nicolastuffedone
😂 Are you 6 foot and a small size 6 too?

I've just run over a badger in my 4x4. Should be ok for the children's buffet.

I've heard softzilla referenced loads - what's the story?
Softzilla was a long saga by what turned out to be a troll, about a disagreement that happened at a soft play. In the fiction it started with a small slight and it ended up with the police being called because softzilla was stalking the OP or something. It ran over several threads.

goingtosaygoodbye · 23/01/2021 11:36

@Honeybobbin

I shall bring artisan scotch eggs.
But what about artisan slippers? There must be artisan slippers
Nicolastuffedone · 23/01/2021 11:39

CrotchBurn I’d love to tell you, but it’s too outing 😉

the80sweregreat · 23/01/2021 11:56

P M me hun ..

midlifecrash · 23/01/2021 12:04

Why not just invite the police to come and log things on the spot, instead of having to answer all the phone calls

HeronLanyon · 23/01/2021 12:04

Thank you finally op for the parking diagram but I’m afraid it raises lots of questions . . . I’ll take another look and try to make sense of it all.

HeronLanyon · 23/01/2021 12:06

I’ve also written to mnhq and asked them to lift their usual powers of deleting conversations and statements etc at this party. I mean what could possibly go wrong with such a well organised event. ?

FauxFox · 23/01/2021 12:22

Will there be a dress code? School Run Dress and perfect dog walking coat perhaps? And there should be an area of white boards where people can express strong opinions about possible baby name choices...

Thefirsttime · 23/01/2021 12:28

The only dance move allowed will be the head wobble.

RigaBalsam · 23/01/2021 12:31

I hope Balonz wins.
MoonlightInVermont · 23/01/2021 12:32

I too have been fretting about the dress code, but was thinking of jeans and a nice top, with a twist —as if nobody else had ever thought of it—

Iremembertheelderlykoreanlady · 23/01/2021 12:32

I would love to have a little elderly Korean lady at the party!

She's actually an old friend of mine but I haven't seen her for a while...because COVID.

I'll get in touch though and see if she can make it. She will of course bring her own deck chair.

MsSoulSister · 23/01/2021 12:33

Will there be a diagram of the car park provided?

CrotchBurn · 23/01/2021 12:40

@MsSoulSister
Please see page 7

I’ll bring DD she has an endless supply of ‘hilarious’ jokes.

I do mean endless. 🥱🥱🥱

ConfusedcomMum · 23/01/2021 13:32

Sorry to piss on your chips OP but your diagram was too basic and made my teeth itch.

Is English your first language OP?

purrswhileheeats · 23/01/2021 13:35

I'm a councillor did a basic counselling course 30 years ago so will set up a couch in the toilets to help MN ers who are literally shaking and sobbing.

Nicolastuffedone · 23/01/2021 13:48

ConfusedcomMum · 23/01/2021 13:48

@Thefirsttime
