Yes, definitely.

lubeybooby · 01/01/2021 17:50

yes I'd take it

GintyMcGinty · 01/01/2021 17:51

Hell yes

Skylor · 01/01/2021 17:56

You get that silly o'clock airport trip for a cheap charter flight feeling... and come back victorious with a little plaster on the arm a few hours later, why not? Quieter to drive/park and less people at that time.

DoveOfPiss · 01/01/2021 17:58

@DaphneduWarrior that's the only reason I voted yabu. Haven't RTFT tho

IrmaFayLear · 01/01/2021 17:59

Interesting to know what sort of role is absolutely irreplaceable and allows no annual leave. As others have said, if this is the case then surely the employer would be carrying them to the vaccination centre on their shoulders.

Oscarsdaddy · 01/01/2021 18:02

Anytime day or night I’d jump at the chance

Turquoise123 · 01/01/2021 18:02

Happily

JFM27 · 01/01/2021 18:03

Id go at anytime of day or night to get my life back, and be able to see friends hug them, socialise,go to theatre, have a meet friends for coffee basically live again who the hell wouldnt.Just to be normal again would be so lovely.

caringcarer · 01/01/2021 18:07

Yes I would go day or night even with only 30 mins notice.

WaltzingMatilda02 · 01/01/2021 18:16

Provided it was available at my local hospital or GP, certainly.

Knickerthief1 · 01/01/2021 18:19

Yes I'll accept one at the other end of the country once it's offered!

peachdribble · 01/01/2021 18:19

That would work well for people who work shifts or who are natural night owls...why not?

BunnyBoilerRhian · 01/01/2021 18:21

Yes. I get that it's not ideal but we are living in a national emergency. People need to stop expecting to have their whims pandered to and actually put themselves out to help the national effort to get back to some kind of normality.
Leave the daytime appointments for those with genuine reasons for not being able.to take a night time one.

TesticleMeElmo · 01/01/2021 18:22

I'd accept a late night appointment even if it meant injecting it into my eyeball. And my only question would be 'Which one?Left or right?'

Pennepasta29 · 01/01/2021 18:32

If it gets us back to normal quicker I'd pretty much do anything

Snowdrop30 · 01/01/2021 18:34

Yes, and be very, very grateful

voiles · 01/01/2021 18:36

I so would. Anytime night or day!

Dogsaresomucheasier · 01/01/2021 18:37

As long as I can take my whole household along to get it over with and have the following day off work.

PetertheWalrus · 01/01/2021 18:38

Obviously.

stevalnamechanger · 01/01/2021 18:39

Yes of course !

EmmanuelleMakro · 01/01/2021 18:39

Of course -why wouldn’t you?
In fact should become a thing in the health service generally as ‘office hours’ are no good for those of us with actual day jobs.

peoniesandpastels · 01/01/2021 18:41

Provided I had a few days notice to make any arrangements, absolutely. I'm sure there are lots of people who couldn't accept a late night / early morning appointment and I'd rather free up a daytime space for someone who really needed it.

ancientgran · 01/01/2021 18:41

I think they should do standby lists as well. I keep hearing about vaccine being wasted or given to random people when I'm sure there must be people on the vulnerable list who would be prepared to attend at short notice. I'm about 20 minutes away from where the vaccines are being done locally and when it gets close to my turn, I think I'm tier 5 or 6, I would be quite happy to agree to be available at say half an hours notice. A few minutes to get my coat on and park the car plus the 20 minute journey.

Cupcake5678 · 01/01/2021 18:41

Yes yes yes
