Do you still 'snog' your husband?

We've been together for 6 years and married for 3 but I don't think we've had anything more passionate than a smooch on the lips for almost 2 years.
I'm Interested in what other couples do!?

@Chocolate1984
that's a real shame
seems to recur in this thread that if you just go for it and snog your DH
they will reciprocate
what bloke turns down a kiss with a beautiful woman?

PurpleFlower1983 · 19/12/2020 14:42

Yes, every day!

scarletqueen · 19/12/2020 14:53

@Chocolate1984 sorry if that sounded too flirty

@scarletqueen

Both were great thanks.

DH is washing up singing very loudly to himself. A happy man indeed.

scarletqueen · 19/12/2020 15:00

@TwoZeroTwoZero
shame If I'm kissing for more than 10 seconds tongues have to get involved but I guess its your preference.

God yes all the time

But he's not my husband. I stopped snogging him about 5 years before the divorce

I vowed to keep snogging dp when we decided we were a thing and a few years later it is still a thing

Caramel81 · 19/12/2020 15:19

Yes during sex which is usually a couple of times a week or so. We’ll maybe have a snog on the sofa or something once a week. It’s definitely not as often as when I was in relationships as a teenager and we would do nothing BUT snog

FlappingPancakes · 19/12/2020 15:20

Yes it was ridiculous wasn't it @Caramel81

I remember specifically learning how to nose breathe so I could snog for hours

BigTallyWacker · 19/12/2020 15:25

Every single day unless one of us is ill.

Together 18 years.

scarletqueen · 19/12/2020 15:31

@FlappingPancakes lmao
cant say I did that
tho I wasn't much better as a teenager definitely a snogaholic

OP posts:
scarletqueen · 19/12/2020 15:36

@Caramel81 those were the days

scarletqueen · 19/12/2020 15:39

those of you who snog multiple times a day without having sex how do manage that? how do you end it and just walk away?
@InTheShadowOfTheMushroomCloud @StormcloakNord@Fillybuster
im talking to you.

OP posts:
StormcloakNord · 19/12/2020 15:46

@scarletqueen it depends! Sometimes we'll have a fumble about if we're home alone and no danger of getting caught. More often than not it's in the middle of cooking dinner or watching TV so we have to get on with cooking or paying attention to the TV.

I can tell the difference between a normal snog and one that is going somewhere.. Grin

scarletqueen · 19/12/2020 15:52

@StormcloakNord thank you for the response.
I will have to try quick snogs with DH when he is doing his chores.

OP posts:
MrsPerfect12 · 19/12/2020 16:01

Yes, nearly everyday.

scarletqueen · 19/12/2020 16:07

@StormcloakNord
my snog with DH earlier led straight to sex
I am impressed by your self control

OP posts:
scarletqueen · 19/12/2020 16:47

mmmm lovely.
@flapping pancakes my curiosity has got the better of me what was your record time while breathing thru your nose lol?

OP posts:
HavelockVetinari · 19/12/2020 16:51

Yes! It's a lovely treat in the middle of the day, a snog and a sneaky grope if we're sure we can get away with it.

The other day DH and I had just changed the sheets together and he lay down on the bed and pulled me down next to him and we had a proper snog - all fully clothed and the kids (11 & 13) were both in the house, so it wasn't going any further than that. But there was something about it - I think it might have been reminiscent of being a teenager, all clothes on, feet in socks rubbing against each other's, the having to keep half an ear out in case we needed to leap up and pretend to be doing homework something else when our parents DDs came in... It really took me back!

We've been together 18 years, married 14. I have a serious, life-long health condition which means DTD is less frequent than it used to be, but there's plenty of kissing, cuddling, groping, "looks!" (ykwim) and smooching going on!

scarletqueen · 19/12/2020 17:15

God, no! Just reading the title of this thread made me shudder. Peck on the lips is as far as it goes.

Mehmehmeh19 · 19/12/2020 17:19

Sometimes not a sex thing for me but love a spontaneous snog together 24 years

BetsyBigNose · 19/12/2020 17:27

@scarletqueen - Yep, I've been "totally boy crazy" (my DMs words) since I was about 9 years old. I very nearly always had a boyfriend between the ages of 12 and 21, they didn't overlap, but I was rarely single for more than a few months at a time. When I was 21 and broke up with the (much older than me) manchild who I was living with at the time, I resolved to stay single for a year. 13 months later, I met DH!
