Do you still 'snog' your husband?

We've been together for 6 years and married for 3 but I don't think we've had anything more passionate than a smooch on the lips for almost 2 years.
I'm Interested in what other couples do!?

Yes but mainly during sex. Occasionally otherwise. We have been together for 10 years, married 7 in Jan.

@scarletqueen snoggage!!! I put 'age' on the end of everything, love it! Wineage, snoggage, parcelage (wtf?) hilarious 😂

yellowstoneranch · 18/12/2020 23:28

Lots of snogging here still, mid to late 40's for us both Smile kids don't even comment Blush

Strictlysilly · 18/12/2020 23:29

Not everyday but at least once or twice a week. We've been together 8 years

BitOfFun · 18/12/2020 23:33

Proper good kisses every day (15 years together). We've never been very tonguey though.

FitterHappierMoreProductive · 18/12/2020 23:35

We had a snog in the kitchen earlier. He said to me later “that was a nice snog” 😂🥰. 11 years and counting. I hope we never stop!

scarletqueen · 18/12/2020 23:37

@scarletqueen my DH is currently being a major twatage so definitely no snoggage occurring (age) 😂

Christmassequins · 18/12/2020 23:45

Not any more, no. I love him dearly but no urge to snog him any more. I was thinking the other day, it's a bit sad to know you'll never have a first kiss with someone ever again. I mean, am lucky enough to be very happy in my marriage, but oh, that tingle of excitement when you kiss someone for the first time. .....

scarletqueen · 18/12/2020 23:46

awww how lovely Smile @FitterHappierMoreProductive
long time since someone said that to me grrr

No snogging here but only because it’s not his thing
There is a lot of cuddling, stroking, massage including head massage, hand holding etc etc
I miss a good snog but love him dearly

CrazyFoxLady · 18/12/2020 23:49

@FitterHappierMoreProductive well jell of your snoggage sitch 😂 my DH is currently being a see you next Tuesday and I want to bury him. Bastard.

StormBaby · 18/12/2020 23:49

All the time. Together 6 years. We had a snog whilst cooking earlier. He still does the hand touching my face and gazing in to my eyes thing too. Good Lord. I couldn’t live without that.

Fillybuster · 18/12/2020 23:51

Yup, loads of snoggage on a fairly regular (& random) basis, far more snogging than sex, ifswim. A big yes to kitchen kissing (love it!) and also occasionally sporadic fly-by kissing during the day since we are both working from home, along with the more regular far-too-late-for-sex-but-we-are-in-bed-mostly-naked-and-fancy-each-other variety a few nights a week, if DH hasn’t fallen asleep whilst I’m still reading.

I grew up with parents who openly snogged in front of us (often in the kitchen....there’s a theme here!), and are still likely to do have a snuggle regardless of who is present, which I think really helps. DCs are completely used to it, roll their eyes and tell us to stop Grin

CrazyFoxLady · 18/12/2020 23:51

@StormBaby also well jell of you. Can't remember this happening ever 😥

Fillybuster · 18/12/2020 23:52

Meant to add: together for 21 years, married for 19. Still fancy him Grin

StrawberryTot · 18/12/2020 23:53

Oh god yes, daily. Together 5 yearsish, married 2 months. Snog everyday without fail, I love it.

CrazyFoxLady · 18/12/2020 23:55

@Fillybuster you've got a point there. My parents were totally unaffectionate all through my childhood and I hate affection now. Although I also crave it iyswim Confused

PickAChew · 18/12/2020 23:56

Ugh, no. But as of 2 days ago I'm officially menopausal and my libido departed with my cycle.

elp30 · 18/12/2020 23:59

About a minute before I read this thread, my husband (of 25 years, nonetheless) asked,

"The kids are off in 30 minutes. You want to sit next to me and give me a snog?"

I said, "Sure, why not?"

There you go.

InTheShadowOfTheMushroomCloud · 19/12/2020 00:04

Oh god yes... nearly 60 and we snog whenever we can. Big snog this afternoon as he went off to work...
I am a good 6" shorter than him so I stand on a kitchen step... He says 'get on your step girl! '..... saves our arthritic necks!
