To ask for your "closely guarded secret" supermarket buys?

I figured it can't hurt to share here (rather than on local Facebook groups!).

Mine are:
Sainsburys: Mini breaded cambemberts (bloody hell they're good!).
Aldi: Torro Loco red wine, and "extra special" cauliflower cheese
M&S: Dulce de leche truffles

All very healthy as you can see....

We have a new(ish) Aldi nearby and a friend has been going there and nearly halved her food shopping bill!!

So, I have trawled through all 15 pages and noted down your Aldi loves.

Is there anything to be added since this thread was last open on 21/2?

Co Op irresistible fake gin and tonic (non alcoholic) is delicious, as are their irresistible chocolate hot cross buns. Getting though far too many of the hot cross buns.

Recently discovered Jimmy's sate sauce..... Add 1 tablespoon to noodles, rice, chicken etc.. and it makes it taste amazing. I joined a Chinese cooking group on fb and its highly recommended. I got mine from a local Asian supermarket but it's on amazon too

Sainsbury’s do a lovely peach juice. It’s really hidden away on a high shelf in our local store in the same aisle as the Pepsi Max so I only recently discovered it, so good! There’s also this lovely wine that tastes just like drumstick lollies. I’m not much of a wine drinker but this one is gorgeous.

I am rejuvenating this thread as finally I remembered to buy the sausage patties and MY GOD YOU'RE MY NEW FAVOURITE PERSON.

I did it with bagels. Bagels, shit cheese, folded egg and these. It was basically a maccy's sausage and egg bagel which they're not doing at the moment, it was divine.

A couple of people have mentioned Aldi Q10 cream and I thought I’d give it a go. Just googled and every link takes me to an Aldi page saying product no longer available. Have they discontinued it? Does anyone know??

Frozen broad beans- just as lovely as the ones we grow in the garden, and so handy! I think alike to peas, they are frozen within minutes of harvesting.
