I'd say:

Navy/green
Botanicals
Jungle print
Gold accents

panelling?

Kanaloa · 03/11/2020 21:59

I’ve noticed a few navy walls and furniture at the moment, sometimes mustard yellow as well.

MyChemicalMummy · 03/11/2020 22:02

Grey! Grey everywhere!

mrwalkensir · 03/11/2020 22:04

all of the above for at least the last three years?

Mogtheforgetfulmum · 03/11/2020 22:05

Pampas grass
Rattan furniture
Round mirrors
Antique looking rugs
Panelling

DotTheCaddy · 03/11/2020 22:08

I was thinking grey is gone now!

I'm really keen on trends that involve old and new, texture, art and unusual pieces.

I'd say there's a lot of industrial chic in kitchens and bathrooms - brass or black tap fittings, Crittal style metal frame windows, room dividers and showers screens, panelling, sage green, navy, mustard, blush pink, teal and purple fabrics. Texture is everything - velvets, woven baskets, wood floors or shelves, arts and crafts patterns, cacti and house plants, jungle and loud floral or pattern wallpapers. Sheepskin and welsh wool patterned blankets. Vintage and patterned glass light shades.

Feckmesideways · 03/11/2020 22:09

Yellow... yellow is the colour for 2021.

Pink, gold, green, palms, old hollywood glamour.

mrwalkensir · 03/11/2020 22:13

weren't all of those at least two to three years ago?

Dangermouse80 · 03/11/2020 22:13

Grey or battleship grey to be specific!

MyChemicalMummy · 03/11/2020 22:14

Grey! Grey everywhere!

GarethSouthgatesWaistcoat · 03/11/2020 22:14

Blush pink, mid-dark green (incl. houseplants), teal/navy/jewel accents. 'Tribal' decor?

I wonder if terracotta shades are due a comeback?

All of the above has been around for a little while but gaining traction in the mass produced market.
Not sure what's 'replacing' it. Yellow sounds intriguing!

Navy/mustard/grey was adopted by every man and his dog 2-3yrs ago now.

Aparttogether · 03/11/2020 22:16

Dark rooms and black furniture according to Habitat who just sent me a promotion email.

Yellownotblue · 03/11/2020 22:16

There’s a strong maximalist tendency - to have lots of stuff, objects, textures, art everywhere. This suits me well 😄

Yes to jungle prints, rattan, crittal doors

Kitchens that are two or three tones - definitely fewer all-white kitchens

Mixing old and new.

Victorian is having a mini revival, though not as strong as MCM/Scandi.

Also Moroccan influences - Plants, Berber rugs, zellige tiles

Eco credentials and ethical/diverse sourcing

2020iscancelled · 03/11/2020 22:16

French style bedrooms seem to be a thing right now
Scandinavian chic - white and mixed neutrals with wood accents
Panelling is everywhere unfortunately

Newpuppymummy · 03/11/2020 22:19

Cheap panelling and rattan

RonaRossi · 03/11/2020 22:19

Shades of grey.

Tones of grey.

Grey with accent fucking grey.

GarethSouthgatesWaistcoat · 03/11/2020 22:20

NB I go with what I like and rotate a few new colours in every so often to freshen things up.

I sell a few bits on marketplace (while still fashionable) to make space. Much loved items are wrapped up in the loft to reappear at a later date but I'm fairly strict about one in, one out Wink

Fast decor is the new trend in the vein of fast fashion and really bad for the environment. For that reason I try to limit how much new stuff I introduce.

GarethSouthgatesWaistcoat · 03/11/2020 22:22

I think cheap panelling will look really outdated before long!

zeddybrek · 03/11/2020 22:25

Navy feature wall. It's everywhere!

Feckmesideways · 03/11/2020 22:25

Yellow... yellow is the colour for 2021.

VestaTilley · 03/11/2020 22:26

GREY!
Teal,
Mustard,
Gun metal colours

The grey is dreadful. Mad idea in a climate where there’s grey skies 9 months of the year...
