I'd say:

Navy/green
Botanicals
Jungle print
Gold accents

GREY!
Teal,
Mustard,
Gun metal colours

The grey is dreadful. Mad idea in a climate where there’s grey skies 9 months of the year...

Yellownotblue · 03/11/2020 22:32

And metal accents (brass, copper) are still going strong. Along with black/colourful taps

Grey. We will have colour after covid. For now, it's grey.

DennisTMenace · 03/11/2020 22:40

Dark grey window frames, which will date as well as 70's brown ones did.

@Kanaloa

I’ve noticed a few navy walls and furniture at the moment, sometimes mustard yellow as well.
So glad I don't give a monkey's about fashion...

No more grey please!! Don't people see how it just ''drains'' any room?

I think grey is on the way out - it's kind of filtered down, it started high end and now it's become slightly downmarket, soon it'll start seeming dated.

Autumnblooms · 03/11/2020 22:46

Grey! Everywhere!!!

Haven’t noticed dark navy or dark green in real homes, just style magazines. Can’t see that lasting long in reality with winter on its way!

NO to yellow!

Poppingnostopping · 03/11/2020 22:46

Scandinavian chic - white and mixed neutrals with wood accents I grew up in a house like this, enjoyed it again when Ikea came to the UK and am just about to decorate my house all over again in trade matt white. With a few old bits mixed in with the Scandi.

I hate mustard, I don't think it was in fashion but someone decided it went with grey and so there were hideous mustard rugs about 2 years ago. I haven't been in any homeware shops since...

Is anyone else getting deja vu from the posts on this thread?

Poppingnostopping · 03/11/2020 22:49

I have noticed navy/dark green walls and the odd cushion. Not for me. Dark colours show pet hairs (depending on the colour of the pet, obviously).

I wonder if anyone will paint their ceiling dark brown like in my childhood home? That's a trend I can't see re-occurring.

I recently needed to buy paint for our rental property and noticed that there was a lot less grey paint available. I think we’re going to go through ‘greige’ and back into creams and browns.

Upcycling and frenchic
Decluttered spaces

Though there are a lot or trays / gold statues about

toconclude · 03/11/2020 22:55

I have had exactly the same decor for 13 years, and counting, and all my furniture is minimum 20 years old (maximum 110) and 90 pc second hand. Trends can bite me Grin

Stinkyjellycat · 03/11/2020 23:00

What the fuck is going on with this thread?!

JaceLancs · 03/11/2020 23:01

Grey
Mustard
Bling

Frolicinameadow · 03/11/2020 23:02

Orange, Hermes orange to be exact. It’s going to be a big accent colour particularly against the dark walls
I do see a trend back toward creams, browns over the next few years. To give some warmth after the dreary grey

Yellownotblue · 03/11/2020 23:03

Also -

Extra large modern pendant lights. No more down lights everywhere!

Bathrooms that are not beige, white or grey

Terrazzo

Clerestory windows, oriels (as opposed to wall to wall glazing/bifold)

Encaustic tiles, either in Victorian or modern graphic patterns

Lottie2shoes · 03/11/2020 23:05

@Twigaletta That made me laugh out loud! Not just this thread though. Seems to be whole of mumsnet
