Mine was house plant potting mix, long lighters, and little packets of yeast to make bread. Couldn’t get hold of any of them and thy all would have made such a difference to my life.

The new hip I'd been about to get.

God... now that one is a nightmare. I got my new hip just before Xmas last year thank God. Need the other one doing now.

I'm normally a very good gardener but not a single seed sprouted! I spent tons on grow bags, seeds etc tomatoe, sweet pea... Not a single bugger sprouted.

A live-in nanny

A live in Nanny as it was almost impossible to work from home with a baby. We were very fortunate to have a decent sized garden though so can't complain.

Flour although at the time I didn't think I needed it so it's only something I feel I missed out on in retrospect. I started baking about a month ago and now I've made sure I have plenty of flours in because I'm baking four or five times a week and I will get really antsy if I can't bake.

@DilysPrice you’ve just inspired me to purchase one - how do you rate it? Has it got you fitter?
