I’m newish to Mumsnet but have heard ‘Penis beaker’ being mentioned and I’m intrigued! I’m assuming it’s an old thread being referenced?
I’ve searched but I can’t find the original thread, just references. Anyone care to share the link if you know it? And any other ‘classic’ thread you know of for that matter!

EMIN Wine

daisychain1620 · 29/10/2020 20:34

I didn't read all of the previous posts and thought these were all funny threads. Just read about EMIN😭😭😭

Coldwinds · 29/10/2020 20:41

Sistine screamer and fatball still cracks me up 😂😂

Plussizejumpsuit · 29/10/2020 20:42

@Idroppedthescrewinthetuna

I have just read Emin's post. I am in tears. What a special woman! ❤️
Can you link to this please. Cos I don't have enough to cry about right now!
IhateBoswell · 29/10/2020 20:45

Sistine Chapel is my all time favourite. I couldn’t even explain what it is about it I find enjoyable?

Snapped and farted however is in the same category as Penis Beaker. Shit.

keeprocking · 29/10/2020 20:46

I've always read reference to the classis as 'penis breaker', the actualite is so disappointing!

madamehooch · 29/10/2020 20:49

The thread with posters' accounts of what their dads would do if they were kidnapped. The worst behaviour at a wedding thread also keeps me entertained.

icedaisy · 29/10/2020 20:50

@Plussizejumpsuit it's the one linked towards the start drug dependant baby, beautiful thread.

meditrina · 29/10/2020 20:50

@Plussizejumpsuit The EMIN thread is the one linked by EdithWeston in her post at 18:11:56.

It's heartbreaking, but in an uplifting way, in the sense that you feel the world is a better place for knowing such people were in it

PlateTectonics · 29/10/2020 20:52

This is a personal favourite:

meditrina · 29/10/2020 20:54

Ignore me - too much Wine

EMIN is www.mumsnet.com/Talk/mumsnet_classics/922821-drug-dependant-baby-advice-needed

(The thread Edith linked was on my mind because it brought back good memories and I got utterly confiddled!)

ErrolTheDragon · 29/10/2020 21:29

I'd somehow never read the EKL thread before - I'm one page in now.Smile

TheMortificadosDragon · 29/10/2020 21:36

Obviously this was the best...WinkDragon

TheMortificadosDragon · 29/10/2020 21:37

Sorry, meant to link

YourWinter · 29/10/2020 22:25

Did Sharon and the wasp (and T-Rex hands) make it to classics?

Coasterfan · 29/10/2020 22:31

I loved the Pom Bears one! BearBear

BreastedBoobilyToTheStairs · 29/10/2020 22:34

Angela Hernandez is one of my all time favourite posts. It's a shame the original posts were all removed so newer members can't feel the the intense second hand mortification for the poor poster!

alibongo5 · 29/10/2020 22:37

Another vote here for EKL. May have to go and reread it....

I also liked Cutted up pears.

lastqueenofscotland · 29/10/2020 22:41

Snapped and farted is the best. I’m laughing just thinking about it

ODFOx · 29/10/2020 22:52

Penguin on a train. So short and simple and I weep with laughter every time. Shoelace!!!

Bouledeneige · 29/10/2020 22:56

I liked Balonz. And fly seat. And the sistine chapel.

grassisjeweled · 29/10/2020 22:56

There was in in style and beauty about expectations vs reality : 'fat match', 'T-Rex' not sure if it made it. Had me in stitches

grassisjeweled · 29/10/2020 22:57

Loved snapped....

And farted!

occa · 29/10/2020 23:03

Is penguin on a train in there somewhere? That was a good one Grin

SenselessUbiquity · 29/10/2020 23:10

I don't know if it is still here, or still works, because I think there was a link to a photo when you couldn't embed them; but there was one where a woman posted about the sculpture of a cock her child had made at nursery out of clay AND IT REALLY WAS SO EXACTLY LIKE A COCK
