To think its ok to send my ironing out?

Have discovered this fab ironing lady just down the road from me but DH keeps moaning that i'm sending it out all the time. Its just such a relief to bung it in a bag and have it all come back nicely pressed. Am a SAHM so should i be making time to do it myself?

Oh I forgot I'm a celeb had started. Is it any good this year?

I was thinking about trying that Tesco online myself. Its just so busy at the weekend isn't it? We're off to friends tomorrow for dinner and of course to watch the football. Sunday will be a lazy day i think. Need to clean the house though - what fun!!! Am off out tonight with some friends. Nothing exciting just a craft night thing that the toddler group puts on at xmas but there's wine so you never know it might be ok. Will catch up with you over the weekend no doubt x

oh its great-tesco online although asda is sometimes cheaper. I swear by it as you need to plan what to buy/cook in advance so you don't have any impulse buys. Plus if you check the voucher codes online, you can usually get free delivery! have a nice weekend x

Well decided to go to tesco today. Don't quite trust that online thingy with dates and stuff. Went really early so it wasn't too busy. How was your weekend? I've done absolutely nothing this weekend and i'm still shattered. LO teething so its been a bit of a nightmare sleep wise this weekend.

went to Glasgow to visit friends yesterday.Got my grocery shopping coming today.Not much to report. Still got xmas shopping to do. Bracing myself for a trip into Glasgow but think I will go mid week and then less people and queues hopefully. What you got planned this weekend. This thread is very long now. It is getting long now isn't it. All those posts about ironing - not quite eh? Having a shitty day. My nose is still ultra blocked. Can't breath at night which means i'm snoring like a pig and keeping DH awake. Am getting up in the morning with such a sore throat from snoring!!! I feel sooooooo tired today. Will be an early night i think! Should really go and do some housework but i can't be arsed. Need to give myself a shake today!! Not much planned for the weekend as yet. More shopping probably. What about you? My sister lives in Whitley Bay so we might take a jaunt down there. Depends on the weather though. Take care x

No i haven't. What do i do with that then? Sniff it? Have got indigestion as well so i'm a right moaning cow today. Feeling sorry for myself i think. Maybe some chocolate and a cup of tea will perk me up!

Hi! You can sniff it, get bath foam and I thing get pastilles to suck. It is like Vick, but with added oomph. Chocolate is good too.

My lo has a really bad cough at night so another mumsnetter recommended putting a wet towel on radiator with some olbas oil on it. Works a treat. It clears your tubes and helps you sleep better.
You can't beat chocolate. I had a chunky kit kat this morning. It cheered me up no end.

Get you with all your little tips mrs! I had a huge caramel last night and it was fabulous! Whats new today then. Have been in all day. DD spewed everywhere so have kept her in and we've just cuddled all day and watched Jungle Book. She's ok now though - think she had just eaten too much.

She's fine now. Think she maybe just gagged and brought up her food. She's teething at the mo so i think she might have pushed her fingers in a bit too far IYKWIM. She's constantly got her fingers in her mouth chewing them. Started to get organised for Xmas last night. Had a look on the net for toys for DD. Promised myself i'm not going to go daft this year but that'll be broken once i hit the shops. Seen an advert on tv that the Fort is open till 10 at night so will probably leave her with DH and just blitz it all in a night. Hows you? Any gossip?

Braehead is closer but i'm getting kind of bored of it there. The weather is crap today. I'm sitting here in a pair of DH's joggers and a fleece. Its really cosy but i'm praying to god no-one comes to the door. I haven't even brushed my hair today. Have been colouring in with the LO. I'd forgotten how much fum it is. Thats how it starts though isn't it. The walls will be covered in crayon next. Am going to get her that Aquadraw thing. Have you seen it? Have a good day!

I bought ds the thomas aquadraw and he is pretty nonplussed about the whole thing haha! Prefers to climb up on the windowsill and throw himself off. Baby Spiderman!

They've got absolutely no fear have they? What have you been up to today. Went round to my friends for lunch today. Its great - her LO is the same age as mine so they amuse one another for hours. Not been up to much. DS up at 6 this morning and is asleep now. I wish I could have a wee nap but my ironing basket is over flowing plus have had too much coffee to shut my eyes! You been to the shops yet?

Have done a bit of shopping but only for groceries. Send the ironing out woman! Must be something in the air. DD was up at 5 this morning. I'll be glad when she gets all her teeth in let me tell you. I'm shattered! Haven't had time to straighten my hair today so went to toddlers this morning looking like a bag of shite. Everyone was laughing a me with me curly hair!
