Aibu to tell you about my quick awesome lunch...

2 slices of wholemeal bread..toasted. Good spread of lurpak on each. A fried egg on each, good bit of tomato ketchup and then topped with Batchelors baked beans. So good. What did you all have for lunch?

Scrambled egg on toast with brown sauce but was more of a late breakfast early lunch

Crackers and pate. I couldn't be bothered to make anything.

I can't eat fried eggs after 11. Just had a big plate of leftover chicken curry and rice I made last night.

I had tomato soup and 1 wholegrain multiseed large cracker with some gorgeous local soft cheese on it
Followed by 1/4 of a small canteloupe melon which was perfectly ripe and delicious

Eggs and beans should never touch, nor should eggs and ketchup, not beans and ketchup!! So overall I would say that sounds torturous

I haven't had lunch yet and this thread is making me sad.

Scotch broth and a tuna Mayo wrap.

I had chicken and avocado in a tortilla.

Sushi from the supermarket on my way back from work

A jam piece and a cup of tea.

Fattoush and baked falafel.

I had roast beef leftover from yesterday's dinner, heated it and the roasted onions from the tray (I kept them for the sole purpose of my sandwich today!) Spread two slices of white bread with cream cheese, a splodge of yellow (hotdog?) mustard and then the hot roast beef & onions, threw in some baby spinach in a vain attempt at healthy It was yum and I am stuffed!!

Butter + fried egg + ketchup + bean juice = boak!
I had veggie cottage pie (homemade, it had been in the freezer) with baby sweetcorn and green beans.

2 oranges and two apples for lunch.

Mind you, I had a pork and apple sandwich for breakfast and I will probably have cereal for dinner. I care not for meal rules. 😁

Left over macaroni cheese

Cheese and onion sandwich with cheese and onion crisps. Stinky but delicious

3 red pepper pakoras and a side salad.

Leftover fried okra, a paratha and a couple of slices of chicken.

Who are all these people who dont eat eggs with beans??

Avocado to me is green slime!

A cheese sandwich with salt and vinegar crisps in it.
